本发明公开了一种带皇冠型保持架的轧机四点接触球轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)和保持架(4);所述保持架(4)呈皇冠状,保持架(4)上均匀分布着圆形滚子孔;保持架(4)外径上有一圆弧凹槽;圆形滚子孔的一侧为完整的保持架体、另一侧为齿牙;所述外圈(1)外径两边倒圆角;外圈(1)内孔中间有一圆弧滚子滚道,圆弧滚子滚道一侧为环形内径、另一侧为锥形内径;外圈(1)内孔两边均倒圆角;所述内圈(2)外径中部有一圆弧滚子滚道,内圈(2)外径两边倒角;内圈(2)内孔两边倒角。本发明主要应用于轧机、机电、冶金等行业,所采用的保持架具有改善了润滑,更具回转灵活,大大提高了轴承寿命的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧机四点接触球轴承,更具体来说涉及球轴承技术领域。
背景技术
轧机四点接触球轴承结构由外圈、内圈、滚子和保持架组成,单列滚子轴承使用在各轧钢厂的轧机上,轴承工作在冲击、高温、高速、重载、润滑不良、高压水冲刷等恶劣工况条件下。
轴承保持架起到引导和隔离滚子的作用,轴承在运转时滚子在内外圈的滚道上滚动,滚子的运转又驱动轴承保持架转动,从而导致滚子与保持架产生摩擦,当轴承转速较高时由于离心力的作用会产生更大的摩擦,从而降低轴承的传动效率和寿命,球轴承的承载能力差是其突出的缺点。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上的技术问题上,提供了一种轧机四点接触球轴承的保持架,解决了承载能力差等问题。
本发明的带皇冠型保持架的轧机四点接触球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子和保持架;所述保持架呈皇冠状,保持架上均匀分布着圆形滚子孔;保持架外径上有一圆弧凹槽;圆形滚子孔的一侧为完整的保持架体、另一侧为齿牙;所述外圈外径两边倒圆角;外圈内孔中间有一圆弧滚子滚道,圆弧滚子滚道一侧为环形内径、另一侧为锥形内径;外圈内孔两边均倒圆角;所述内圈外径中部有一圆弧滚子滚道,内圈外径两边倒角;内圈内孔两边倒角。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:大大减少了摩擦,从而大大提高了轴承寿命。

本发明由图1、图2、图3和图4可知:四点接触球轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、滚子3和保持架4;所述保持架4呈皇冠状,保持架4上均匀分布着圆形滚子孔;保持架4外径上有一圆弧凹槽;圆形滚子孔的一侧为完整的保持架体、另一侧为齿牙;所述外圈1外径两边倒圆角;外圈1内孔中间有一圆弧滚子滚道,圆弧滚子滚道一侧为环形内径、另一侧为锥形内径;外圈1内孔两边均倒圆角;所述内圈2外径中部有一圆弧滚子滚道,内圈2外径两边倒角;内圈2内孔两边倒角。
一种优选实施例:以公称外径为520mm的轧机四点接触球轴承,外圈的宽度为80mm;球滚子孔的个数为12个,球滚子孔的直径是27.2mm。

所述保持架(4)呈皇冠状,保持架(4)上均匀分布着圆形滚子孔;保持架(4)外径上有一圆弧凹槽;圆形滚子孔的一侧为完整的保持架体、另一侧为齿牙;
所述外圈(1)外径两边倒圆角;外圈(1)内孔中间有一圆弧滚子滚道,圆弧滚子滚道一侧为环形内径、另一侧为锥形内径;外圈(1)内孔两边均倒圆角;
所述内圈(2)外径中部有一圆弧滚子滚道,内圈(2)外径两边倒角;内圈(2)内孔两边倒角。
