本实用新型涉及一种阀门，确切地说是一种软密封闸阀。
背景技术
现通用的软密封闸阀，上盖与阀盖之间的密封采用填料式，此种密封方式密封效果差，更换填料时不方便，原阀杆与阀板连接采用的阀板螺母为分体设计，此种设置存在间隙大，寿命短，故障多的弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种密封效果好，使用寿命长的软密封闸阀。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型方帽与阀杆连接，阀板螺母与橡胶阀板为一体式设计，阀杆与阀板螺母通过螺纹连接在一起，上盖与阀盖为螺栓连接，阀杆的上端与上盖之间增设一道O型橡胶圈和二道O型橡胶圈，在上盖与阀盖之间增设三道O型橡胶圈，在阀杆凸起部位的上下两端各设有第一塑料环和第二塑料环，阀杆与阀盖的内侧壁上增设四道O型橡胶圈，阀盖与阀体通过螺栓连接在一起，在阀盖与阀体之间还设有阀盖橡胶垫。
通过以上设置，本实用新型通过在上盖与阀盖之间增设橡胶圈，密封效果极大提高，并且更换时方便。通过将橡胶阀板与阀板螺母采用一体化设计，消除了橡胶阀板与阀板螺母之间的间隙，使用寿命长，密封性好。
