背景技术
现有的立式搅拌球磨机是一种常用的机械设备，用于研磨各类料浆(如碳化钨料浆)，它有一个研磨筒和外套，该研磨筒和外套之间形成可通水冷却的夹层，其缺点是：研磨筒的底部是平底，存在死角，有些料浆研磨不到，造成物料研磨不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的立式搅拌球磨机，将原有研磨筒的平底形状改进为底部呈半球形状，从而消除研磨死角，使被研磨的料浆更均匀。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种立式搅拌球磨机，包括研磨筒和外套，该研磨筒和外套之间形成可通水冷却的夹层，其特征是：所述的研磨筒1的底部呈半球形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于将研磨筒底部从平底形状改为半球形状，因而消除了研磨死角，被研磨的料浆不会停滞在死角处，而是依靠料浆自身的重力，从圆弧形的周边滑向底部被反复研磨，使被研磨的料浆更为均匀，研磨筒底部呈半球形状，使下部搅拌叶(或搅拌棒)的力矩变短，阻力减小，搅拌轴的启动负荷变小，相应地启动电流变小，有利于启动。

先将研磨用的钢球和料浆从进料口9加入研磨筒1中，启动电动机7并通过减速箱8带动搅拌轴4旋转，使钢球对研磨筒1内的料浆(如碳化钨料浆)进行研磨，由于已将研磨筒的平底改为半球形状底，消除了死角，故被研磨的料浆更加均匀，被研磨后的料浆经过研磨筒1底部的出料口5用泵抽出并经进料口9送入研磨筒1内进行下一轮研磨或抽出供使用。研磨筒1与外套2之间形成可通水冷却的夹层，以降低研磨过程中产生的升温。
