本实用新型公开一种塑料波纹外护可卷曲直埋保温管,包括塑料管和软质聚氨酯保温层。管内设置塑料管,塑料管间有软质聚氨酯保温层,管的外层为塑料波纹外护保温管。本实用新型在一定长度范围内可以卷曲成卷,解决了保温管运输过程中的管道长度尺寸局限,减少了直埋管道处理接头数量,降低了运行缺陷。管内多根管并列,降低了保温管介质多管并列输送的加工和安装成本。管的外层采用外波纹管,解决了常规直埋塑料外护保温管在储存、运输和直埋中受压变形的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种直埋保温管,具体地说是一种塑料波纹外护可卷曲直埋保温管。
技术背景
为保证介质在低温环境下的传输,普遍采用覆盖有保温层的输送管道进行地下直埋,以减少外界环境对传送介质的温降影响。其优点是:可以直埋,减少地沟,提高功效,整个管线保温层整体无缝,热损失小,防腐、耐水,延长管路使用寿命。目前使用的直埋保温管由外层的塑料直管壳、内部的钢管以及中间的硬质聚氨酯层,受到运输工具的限制,成型保温管的长度被局限在一定范围内,在管道连接过程中,接头数量多,工人的操作强度高,出现缺陷的概率大。在长期堆放、运输、直埋后,由于受到重力的作用,长时间挤压状态下,容易造成保温层变形或偏心。多管并列输送介质,需要多根保温管同时并列直埋,增加了运输成本、安装成本、维护成本以及保温成型的成本。
发明内容
为克服现有现有直埋保温管的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种塑料波纹外护可卷曲直埋保温管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种塑料波纹外护可卷曲直埋保温管,包括塑料管、软质聚氨酯保温层。管内设置并列塑料管,塑料管间有软质聚氨酯保温层,管的外层为塑料波纹外护保温管。
本实用新型的优点和产生的有益效果是:
该保温管在一定长度范围内可弯曲成卷,便于运输,内部工作管采用单根或多根管并列,具有管道敷设过程中需要处理的接头数量少,抗压强度高,确保保温层在合理的使用期限内完好无损,减少了保温管的制造、安装、运行过程中的成本,降低管道运行的缺陷概率,延长管道的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种塑料波纹外护可卷曲直埋保温管,包括塑料管1、软质聚氨酯保温层2。管内设置4根并列的塑料管1,塑料管1间有软质聚氨酯保温层2,管的外层为塑料波纹外护保温管3。
首先通过专用挤塑机挤出成型塑料管1,冷却定型并按照一定的长度弯曲成卷,并列的4根成型塑料管通过塑料外护保温波纹管3专用挤出模具中空部位直线前移,塑料管1由专用间距定位装置确定管间距,热塑外护保温波纹管挤出与塑料管1前移同步,在波纹模具和水冷作用下,塑料波纹外护保温管3定形与塑料管1形成空腔,并在塑料波纹外护保温管3与塑料管1间的空腔内进行软质聚氨酯保温层2同步输料、发泡、填充以及密实,在保温层密室填充后,进行卷曲成卷达到一定长度后切割分开,形成整卷波纹保温管,可以连续生产。
