本实用新型涉及一种涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊。它包括胶辊芯轴、金属筒及附在金属筒外层的胶层，所述胶层表面喷涂有一层不粘层。所述不粘层可以为有机硅不粘涂料，也可以为聚醚砜含氟不粘涂料，也可以为水性不粘涂料。与现有技术相比，采用本实用新型提出的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，在原有胶辊表面喷涂一层薄薄的不粘层，厚度在0.1mm左右，不但不影响胶辊的弹性要求，而且具有良好的不粘性，耐温性、耐磨性。不会黏贴薄膜与纸张，减少了非生产时间的清理工作，既延长了胶辊的寿命又大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种印后机械设备，覆膜机技术，更具体地说涉及一种涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊。
背景技术：
在现有技术中，覆膜是在印品的表面覆盖一层0.012～0.020mm厚的透明塑料薄膜而形成一种纸塑合一的产品加工技术。覆膜时薄膜表面的胶层经过加热辊导热后，表现出极强的粘性，再与印刷品一起经过加热辊和胶辊的压合，薄膜会紧密、牢固的覆在印刷品表面。这种加工方法的缺点是：在实际生产过程中，如果印刷品放置歪斜或不连续等原因，胶辊表面会粘有薄膜或者粘有胶层。如果胶辊表面粘有薄膜，经反复压合后，薄膜与胶辊表面紧密黏贴，日积月累越积越多，胶辊表面凹凸不平，将严重影响覆膜质量，使覆膜工作无法正常进行。要维持正常的生产必须定时清洁胶辊表面粘有的薄膜、胶层，清洁工作不仅极为困难，且要花费很长的时间，影响了覆膜机的生产效率。鉴于此目前生产方采取的对策是勤换胶辊，这样胶辊的寿命缩短，材料耗费成本加大，是一个急待解决的问题。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而提供一种外表不易黏贴薄膜与纸张的、延长使用寿命的、可大幅度提高生产效率的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现：一种涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，它包括胶辊芯轴、金属筒及附在金属筒外层的胶层，其特殊之处在于，所述胶层表面喷涂有一层不粘层。
所述不粘层的厚度为0.08～0.12mm。
所述不粘层为有机硅不粘涂料。
所述不粘层为聚醚砜含氟不粘涂料。
所述不粘层为水性不粘涂料。
与现有技术相比，采用本实用新型提出的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，在原有胶辊表面喷涂一层薄薄的不粘层，厚度为0.08～0.12mm，不但不影响胶辊的弹性要求，而且具有良好的不粘性，耐温性、耐磨性。不会黏贴薄膜与纸张，减少了非生产时间的清理工作，既延长了胶辊的寿命又大大提高了生产效率。

1.一种涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，它包括胶辊芯轴、金属筒及附在金属筒外层的胶层，其特征在于，所述胶层表面喷涂有一层不粘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，其特征在于所述不粘层的厚度为0.08～0.12mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，其特征在于所述不粘层为有机硅不粘涂料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，其特征在于所述不粘层为聚醚砜含氟不粘涂料。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂有不粘层的覆膜胶辊，其特征在于所述不粘层为水性不粘涂料。
