本实用新型涉及一种新型结构的LED照明路灯。目前的LED灯具的内部散热问题不能很好解决,LED照明路灯上积累的灰尘与污垢不能随时清理,影响了推广和运用。本实用新型由LED本体、LED前座、LED后座、LED发光模组、散热片、空气散热孔和除尘导流槽构成,LED本体为槽式板或平面板,其前部设置有LED前座,其后部设置有LED后座;LED本体的正面设置有LED发光模组,背面设置有散热片,中部内设置有空气散热孔,后部端口处设置有除尘导流槽,由于LED照明路灯是倾斜式安装,当遇到雨雪天时,LED本体后部端口处的除尘导流槽可以将灰尘与污垢等杂物自然排出。散热传导速度快、延长LED照明路灯使用寿命,自动除尘,运用范围广泛,利于推广。

本实用新型涉及电子光学领域,具体涉及一种新型结构的LED照明路灯。
背景技术
目前,LED灯做为一种新型节能环保型灯具已在许多领域进行了使用,但其产品的内部散热性差而缩短LED灯具的寿命问题一直不能得到有效的解决,特别是将LED运用在大功率路灯照明的技术方面还有待改进,LED照明路灯长期裸露在外,其壳体上积累的灰尘与污垢不能随时清理,影响了散热效果,也影响了LED照明路灯的推广和运用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有LED照明路灯散热差的不足,提供一种新型结构的LED照明路灯,提高散热速度,延长使用寿命。
本实用新型由LED本体、LED前座、LED后座、LED发光模组、散热片、空气散热孔和除尘导流槽构成,LED本体为散热快、重量轻的金属材料制成的槽式板或平面板,其前部设置有LED前座,其后部设置有LED后座;LED本体的正面设置有LED发光模组,LED发光模组可根据功率大小的需要而设置一组、两组或数组,LED本体的背面设置有纵向的数片散热片,LED本体的中部内设置有数个空气散热孔,LED本体的后部端口处设置有除尘导流槽。
由于LED照明路灯是倾斜式安装,使用时,LED本体背面的散热片、LED本体的中部内的空气散热孔可以同时起到散热作用,当遇到雨雪天时,LED本体后部端口处的除尘导流槽可以有效的将其本体上积累的灰尘与污垢等杂物自然排出,保证散热效果。
本实用新型的优点在于散热传导速度快、延长LED照明路灯使用寿命,自动除尘,运用范围广泛,利于推广。

本实用新型由LED本体(1)、LED前座(2)、LED后座(3)、LED发光模组(4)、散热片(5)、空气散热孔(6)和除尘导流槽(7)构成,LED本体(1)为散热快、重量轻的金属材料制成的槽式板或平面板,其前部设置有LED前座(2),其后部设置有LED后座(2);LED本体(1)的正面设置有LED发光模组(4),LED发光模组(4)可根据功率大小的需要而设置一组、两组或数组,LED本体(1)的背面设置有纵向的数片散热片(5),LED本体(1)的中部内设置有数个空气散热孔(6),LED本体(1)的后部端口处设置有除尘导流槽(7)。
由于LED照明路灯是倾斜式安装,使用时,LED本体(1)背面的散热片(5)、LED本体(1)的中部内的空气散热孔(6)可以同时起到散热作用,当遇到雨雪天时,LED本体(1)后部端口处的除尘导流槽(7)可以有效的将其本体上积累的灰尘与污垢等杂物自然排出,保证散热效果。

1.一种新型结构的LED照明路灯,其特征在于它由LED本体(1)、LED前座(2)、LED后座(3)、LED发光模组(4)、散热片(5)、空气散热孔(6)和除尘导流槽(7)构成,LED本体(1)为槽式板或平面板,其前部设置有LED前座(2),其后部设置有LED后座(2),LED本体(1)的正面设置有LED发光模组(4),LED本体(1)的背面设置有纵向的数片散热片(5),LED本体(1)的中部内设置有数个空气散热孔(6),LED本体(1)的后部端口处设置有除尘导流槽(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型结构的LED照明路灯,其特征在于所述的LED发光模组(4)可以为一组、两组或数组。
