Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构，包括摆杆，锁钩穿设于摆杆上，摆杆的尾部插入锁紧摇柄内，在车厢盖上设有铰座，其特征在于，摆杆的顶部定位铰接于铰座上。本实用新型的优点是：克服了现有的锁紧机构中存在滑动摩擦的问题，且提高了主体结构的承受力，增加了摆杆的灵活性。

一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构。
背景技术
皮卡车是一种十分实用的车，即可载人，又可以载物。但是，皮卡车的车厢是敞开的，因此车内的物品易受日晒雨淋；且与轿车等小型货车相比，车在行驶中增大了风阻，鉴于此发明了皮卡车的车厢盖。该车厢盖是一软盖，将其铰接于车厢上将车厢盖住，便可达到保护车厢内的物品和节省燃油的目的。
在车厢盖的底面上通常还设有锁紧机构。该锁紧机构的结构各异，主要有如下几种：如图1所示，为环形结构的锁紧机构，包括底座1，底座1固定在车厢盖上，在底座1上套一环形套2，摆杆3的一端可前后摆动得设于环形套2上，摆杆3的另一端穿过锁钩4并插入锁紧摇柄5内。如图2所示，为工字形结构的锁紧机构，包括带有滑槽的底座1，底座1固定在车厢盖上，将工字滑块2通过滑槽穿在底座1上，摆杆3的一端可前后摆动得设于工字滑块2的底部，摆杆3的另一端穿过锁钩4并插入锁紧摇柄5内。如图3所示，为滑槽结构的锁紧机构，包括中部开有滑槽的底座1，将滑块2卡插在底座1的滑槽内，摆杆3的一端与一字滑块2连接，摆杆3的另一端穿过锁钩4并插入锁紧摇柄5内。
上述结构的锁紧机构虽然都能达到将盖板铰接于车厢上将其盖住的目的，但是都存在着一个共同的缺点，即结构主体承受力不够，使之容易变形；在锁紧的过程中，上述提到的环形套2、工字滑块2或者一字滑块2都会产生滑动摩擦。若该摩擦力过大，则会给使用带来困难，若摩擦力过小，则容易打滑且使得车厢盖与车厢的锁紧牢度不够。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构主体承受力强且不易产生滑动摩擦的锁紧机构。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构，包括摆杆，锁钩穿设于摆杆上，摆杆的尾部插入锁紧摇柄内，在车厢盖上设有铰座，其特征在于，摆杆的顶部定位铰接于铰座上。
进一步，在所述铰座上开有至少一个槽，第一螺丝设于铰座上，第一螺丝的螺杆部分穿过槽，在第一螺丝的螺杆上穿有铁环，所述摆杆的顶部通过第二螺丝与铁环相连。
在所述槽内形成有定位卡槽，定位卡槽位于所述第一螺丝螺杆部分的侧边。
本实用新型将摆杆直接铰接在铰座上，在锁紧过程中不会产生任何滑动摩擦且增加了主体结构的承受力。
由此可见，本实用新型的优点是：克服了现有的锁紧机构中存在滑动摩擦的问题，且提高了主体结构的承受力，增加了摆杆的灵活性。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图4及图5所示，为本实用新型提供的一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构的结构示意图，包括摆杆2，锁钩3穿设于摆杆2上，摆杆2的尾部插入锁紧摇柄4内，在车厢盖上设有铰座1，摆杆2的顶部定位铰接于铰座1上。
如图6及图7所示，为上述铰接的一种具体实现方式，在铰座1上开至少一个槽9，在本实施例中，开了三个槽，即第一槽11、槽9及第二槽12。第一螺丝7设于铰座1上，第一螺丝7的螺杆部分穿过槽9，第一螺丝7也可以根据需要穿设在第一槽11或第二槽12内，第一螺丝7的尾部穿过铁环6与螺母8锁紧。铁环6位于摆杆2的顶部，铁环6是通过第二螺丝5与摆杆2的顶部连接。在槽9内形成有定位卡槽10，定位卡槽10位于摆杆2的右侧，定位卡槽10用于固定摆杆2在打开车厢盖时，锁钩3不会钩住车厢内侧边，使之顺利打开车厢盖。
如图8所示，若铰座1的长L为90mm，则本实施例中三个槽及三个孔在铰座1上的具体分布如下：三个槽的总长CL为83mm，三个槽的宽度W相等，为14mm。第一槽11的长度CL1、槽9的长度CL2及第二槽12的长度CL3分别为29mm、23mm及27mm。
如图9A至图9C所示，为本实用新型提供的一种锁紧机构的使用过程图。在使用时，如图9A所示，先旋转锁紧摇柄4将锁钩3调整至适当的高度。再如图9B所示，摆动摆杆2使锁钩3钩紧皮卡车的车厢内侧边。最后如图9C所示，向下扳动锁紧摇柄4将车箱盖锁紧在皮卡车上。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构，包括摆杆(2)，锁钩(3)穿设于摆杆(2)上，摆杆(2)的尾部插入锁紧摇柄(4)内，在车厢盖上设有铰座(1)，其特征在于，摆杆(2)的顶部定位铰接于铰座(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构，其特征在于，在所述铰座(1)上开有至少一个槽(9)，第一螺丝(7)设于铰座(1)上，第一螺丝(7)的螺杆部分穿过槽(9)，在第一螺丝(7)的螺杆上穿有铁环(6)，所述摆杆(2)的顶部通过第二螺丝(5)与铁环(6)相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于皮卡车车厢盖的锁紧机构，其特征在于，在所述槽(9)内形成有定位卡槽(10)，定位卡槽(10)位于所述第一螺丝(7)螺杆部分的侧边。
