本实用新型是一种供热供暖热风炉,属供热供暖和供烤烘干技术领域。
背景技术;
目前热风炉的品种很多,但在热风应用和热能利用率方面存在极大的不足。本实用新型是以一种新的热风炉结构和热能吸收方法制作一种新型热风炉,用以更大程度节约能源和更方便热风应用。
发明内容:
本实用新型意在克服以往各种热风炉热能利用率低、热风运用不方便等缺点。本实用新型以耐火金属材料制成一个方形金属吸热器(含吸热顶箱、吸热左边箱、吸热右边箱、并联吸热管),以各种保温材料制成一个保温墙体包裹吸热器,并以炉体座和燃烧室等结合成一个可大可小的热风炉,它以独特的吸热加温方式产生热风源,热能充分利用,制作简易,可大可小,操作方便,使用安全,可广泛应用于供热供暖、食品烘烤烘干以及其它物品物料的烘烤烘干生产加工领域。

具体实施方式:图1所示:燃料在燃料室3燃烧,直接燃烧加热耐火金属吸热器并联吸热管8、耐火金属吸热器右边箱9、耐火金属吸热器左边箱10、耐火金属吸热器顶箱7。燃烧尾气从排出口5排除;鼓风机的风进入耐火金属吸热器进风口14,经过耐火金属吸热器顶箱7加热,流向耐火金属吸热器左边箱10加热,再流向耐火金属吸热器并联吸热管8分流加热,再进入耐火金属吸热器右边箱9加热,最后从耐火金属吸热器出风口11排出,实现高温热风源。
本实用新型的特征一是:用耐火金属材料制成吸热顶箱、吸热左右边箱、并联吸热管组合成一个整体的吸热器,吸热顶箱和左右边箱控制包围了火焰,并充分吸热,并联吸热管分流了风流,并使之增加了吸热面积,拉近了燃烧火焰与风流的加热距离,有效提高吸热效果。
特征二是:用耐火保温材料制成的炉体墙、炉体座和炉体顶板有效包围了吸热器和燃烧室。控制了热源的外散。
特征三是:以图1的整体热风炉器产生的热风源来替代传统的锅炉热源和其他设施的热风源。

1.一种供热供暖热风炉,意在克服以往各种热风炉热能利用率低热风运用不方便等缺点,其特征在于:用耐火金属材料制成一个方形耐火金属吸热器(2),其中包括金属吸热器顶箱(7)、金属吸热器右边箱(9)、金属吸热器左边箱(10)、金属吸热器并联吸热管(8),并将该方形金属吸热器置于炉体中央,与耐火保温材料制成的炉体保温隔热墙(1)、炉体保温隔热墙顶板(6)、炉体座(15)、燃烧室(3)结合为一体,形成一个方形充分吸热加热的供热供暖热风炉。
