本实用新型涉及一种玻璃生产线退火窑区隔离装置，尤其是一种平板玻璃退火窑的活动挡帘。
背景技术
玻璃生产线退火窑区与区之间的活动挡帘用于隔离各区，维持各区之间的独立氛围，使其不互相干扰，挡帘的下端贴近玻璃板，活动挡板可绕吊点摆动，以让生产时的异常物通过；现在多采用的是通过吊环联接活动挡板和横梁的结构，此种结构的吊环容易脱焊，其活动挡板之间及与横梁之间的间隙太大，长期使用后挡板环孔处易磨穿导致挡板脱落。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有活动挡帘易脱焊、磨损导致挡板脱落的缺陷，而提供一种平板玻璃退火窑的活动挡帘，该活动挡帘用一根心轴将所有活动挡板串在一起，挡板的活动靠其上的钢管与心轴组成的转动副实现。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种平板玻璃退火窑的活动挡帘，包括退火窑，退火窑内设有横梁，横梁下方连接一组活动挡板，其特征在于：横梁两端各设有一个吊耳，两吊耳间固定连接一根心轴，心轴上枢置一组钢管，每根钢管分别与下方对应的活动挡板连接。
活动挡板一边焊接一根钢管，然后把8～20块焊接后的组件依次串联在心轴上，活动挡板的活动靠其上的钢管与心轴组成的转动副实现，再把心轴固定在横梁两端的吊耳上，构成退火窑的活动挡帘。
所述的心轴为钢管。
本实用新型的有益效果是活动挡板之间及与横梁之间的间隙小，活动挡帘的隔离效果好；安全耐用，有利于长期使用；制造和组装方便；外观整齐美观。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型一种平板玻璃退火窑的活动挡帘，包括退火窑5，退火窑内上边设有横梁4，横梁两端各设有一个吊耳1；横梁4下方连接一组活动挡板2，每个活动挡板2上边焊接一根钢管3，钢管3水平焊接在活动挡板2上，钢管3中轴与活动挡板2上边平行，然后把8～20块焊接后的组件依次串联在心轴6上，活动挡板的活动靠其上的钢管与心轴组成的转动副实现，再把心轴6固定在横梁两端的吊耳1上，构成退火窑的活动挡帘。
