本实用新型涉及机械性自动控制装置,特别是一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置。它包括驱动物体的驱动齿轮;其特征在于:某一驱动齿轮一侧连接一擒纵轮机构。它主要解决现有装置中物体(如电梯轿厢)在上升及下降过程中都需要给予耗能动力,消耗较多能源的技术问题;它不耗费外来能源,利用重力下降,同时为了保证安全,又利用重力自身的能量来减缓和控制改变下降速度。

本实用新型涉及机械性自动控制装置,特别是一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置。
背景技术
为了装载人、物升降,人类制造了电梯,自动扶梯,吊机等机动或电动的装置。当其在上升时,为了克服重力,需要耗费能量(能源)。而在下降时,虽然有了重力,但是为了安全,需要减速控速而加大摩擦力,这依然需要相当大的耗能动力(或者是阻力)。比方电梯,自动扶梯,吊机甚至是下降行驶中的火车汽车等物体,通常情况下,为了安全,克服下降过快,都必须使发动机(或者电动机)维持动力状态,
因此,现有装置中物体(如电梯轿厢)在上升及下降过程中都需要给予耗能动力,消耗较多能源。而一旦能源中断,会带来停驶或人员伤亡的后果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,它主要解决现有装置中物体(如电梯轿厢)在上升及下降过程中都需要给予耗能动力,消耗较多能源的技术问题;它不耗费外来能源,利用重力下降,同时为了保证安全,又利用重力自身的能量来减缓和控制改变下降速度。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,它包括驱动物体的驱动齿轮;其特征在于:利用物体(如:轿厢)自身重力驱动,某一驱动齿轮一侧连接一擒纵轮机构。
所述的重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮一侧啮合一制动/变速齿轮组,该制动/变速齿轮组中心通过一轴同轴连接在擒纵轮机构的擒纵轮中心。
所述的重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮另一侧还设置一制动发动机,并可逆向或作上升动作。
本实用新型由于采用了在钟表中经常使用的具有钟摆游丝的擒纵轮机构,实施中具有如下优点:
a)将能够节省大量的能源资源。
b)不会发生因停电、电器故障等事件,造成电梯停驶(降),而形成的半途卡死闷罐或致人伤亡。
c)一旦有地震,火灾等灾害发生,依然可以正常运行及时疏散避难人群。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置。如图1所示,现以升降电梯结构为例来进一步介绍本实用新型。
如图1所示:它包括驱动轿厢1的驱动齿轮2、3,某一驱动齿轮3一侧连接一擒纵轮机构4。该擒纵轮机构4由擒纵轮41、擒纵叉42和游丝摆轮43所构成。其工作原理是:擒纵轮41受发条力矩的驱动,游丝摆轮43系统往复摆动,带动擒纵叉42往复摆动,卡住或释放擒纵轮41。由于该结构为习知技术,因此不再赘述。
所述驱动齿轮3一侧啮合一制动/变速齿轮组5,该制动/变速齿轮组5中心通过一轴6同轴连接在擒纵轮机构4的擒纵轮41中心。电梯轿厢1下降时,该擒纵轮机构4可吸收驱动齿轮3的动能并转化为制动动力,使电梯轿厢1安全下降。
所述驱动齿轮3另一侧还可保留设置一制动发动机7,也作为制动动力,并可逆向或作上升动作。
另外,本实用新型还可利用在自动扶梯,吊机,火车的传动装置中,所述的自动扶梯的结构如图2所示,它亦是利用物体(扶梯)自身重力驱动,某一驱动齿轮一侧连接一擒纵轮机构,该擒纵轮机构也可吸收驱动齿轮的动能并转化为制动动力,使自动扶梯安全下降。
综上所述仅为本使用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施范围。即凡依本实用新型申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本实用新型的技术范畴。

1.一种重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,它包括驱动物体的驱动齿轮;其特征在于:一驱动齿轮一侧连接一擒纵轮机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮一侧啮合一制动/变速齿轮组,该制动/变速齿轮组中心通过一轴同轴连接在擒纵轮机构的擒纵轮中心。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的重力型无能耗下降减速控速机械装置,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮另一侧还设置一制动发动机。
