本实用新型是对注塑注胶机料筒的改进设计。
背景技术
现有的注塑注胶机料筒在使用中料筒内温度很难保持在一定范围内，而且当温度过高时降温速度慢，料筒外壁温度高，没有保护装置，如果一不小心人碰到料筒外壁，会引起烫伤事故，安全生产受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型对注塑注胶机料筒的一种改进设计，克服现有技术中的不足。目的是利用水或油的循环使料筒内温度容易保持在一定温度范围内而且降温速度快。
其特征在于料筒内壁与外壁之间设有均匀分布的水道，水道的进水口与出水口都在进料口一侧的横截面上，水道在料筒内壁与外壁呈W形或多个W形分布。
经过改进的料筒温度容易控制，降温速度快，减少烫伤事故，提高操作安全性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种改进后的注塑注胶机料筒。在料筒7内壁2与外壁1之间设有W型或多个W型的水道3，进水口4与出水口5在进料口6一侧。

1.一种注塑注胶机料筒，由料筒、进料螺杆、喷头组成，其特征在于料筒内壁与外壁之间设有均匀分布的水道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑注胶机料筒，其特征在于水道的进水口与出水口都在进料口一侧的横截面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑注胶机料筒，其特征在于水道在料筒内壁与外壁呈W形或多个W形分布。
