背景技术
现有的高速成缆机用的绞笼前制动装置在制动时，制动装置与支撑装置连接不牢靠，易松动。使得制动装置无法获得支撑装置的支撑，没有足够的制动力，导致不能有效地进行制动。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种绞笼前制动装置，结构简单，连接牢靠，能有效地进行制动。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：一种绞笼前制动装置，包括立架、设在立架上的刹车装置，所述刹车装置包括设在立架上的左制动臂、右制动臂，所述右制动臂上设有气缸，所述气缸上设有与左制动臂接触的顶针。立架与刹车装置连接牢靠，有效制动。
作为优选，所述立架包括若干支撑杆以及设在支撑杆之间的支撑板。利用支撑板与支撑杆连接，使得结构紧凑。
作为优选，所述左制动臂与右制动臂之间设有弹簧。弹性回复。
作为优选，所述左制动臂与右制动臂上均设有制动块。利用制动块的摩擦力进行制动，效果好。

如图1和图2所示，一种绞笼前制动装置，包括立架1、设在立架1上的刹车装置2，所述刹车装置2包括设在立架1上的左制动臂3、右制动臂4，所述右制动臂4上设有气缸5，所述气缸5上设有与左制动臂3接触的顶针6。立架与刹车装置连接牢靠，有效制动。调节气缸5的气阀，使得顶针6向外顶左制动臂3，使得左制动臂3以及右制动臂4的上部与刹车轮9靠近压紧进行制动。所述立架1包括若干支撑杆11以及设在支撑杆11之间的支撑板12。所述左制动臂3与右制动臂4之间设有弹簧7。所述左制动臂3与右制动臂4上均设有制动块8。制动效果好。

1.一种绞笼前制动装置，包括立架(1)、设在立架(1)上的刹车装置(2)，其特征在于：所述刹车装置(2)包括设在立架(1)上的左制动臂(3)、右制动臂(4)，所述右制动臂(4)上设有气缸(5)，所述气缸(5)上设有与左制动臂(3)接触的顶针(6)。
