背景技术
目前,市场上六类网络线,主要由导体及导体外覆盖绝缘层构成的绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯成缆的缆芯和外护套等构成,已在工程中大量使用,其性能与五类,超五类相比有大幅提高,减小了导体电阻值,降低衰减,优化串音性能,受到用户的青睐,但随着工程环境的复杂变化,很多场合对此产品的性能要求不断提高,以满足特殊环境下的使用要求,如要求有良好的屏蔽效果、抗压或抗外力冲击、防水性等等,现有的线缆已不能完全满足市场的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有的线缆存在的上述不足,提供一种导体电阻值小,衰减低,串音少,屏蔽效果好,抗压、抗外力冲击和防水性好的六类水平对绞外覆屏蔽铠装防水线缆。
本实用新型的目的是通过对现有的线缆的改进实现的,六类水平对绞外覆屏蔽铠装防水网络线,包括导体及导体外覆盖绝缘层构成的绝缘线芯和外护套,其特征是设有四组绝缘线芯对绞线和十字架,四组绝缘线芯对绞线置于十字架的四个空隙内构成圆形缆芯,在缆芯上挤包一层透明聚氯乙烯塑料膜,在塑料膜上依次绕包铝塑屏蔽带、挤包聚乙烯隔离层和包裹非磁性不锈钢带铠装层,在铠装层上挤包防水聚稀烃外护套。
所述的绝缘线芯由无氧铜丝外挤包高密度聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
所述的绝缘线芯对绞线中设有阻水纱。
所述的透明聚氯乙烯塑料膜的厚度为0.4-0.5mm。
本实用新型结构设计科学合理,在常规线缆的基础上,对其工艺结构及原材料进行了改进,减小了导体电阻值,降低衰减,优化串音性能,有良好的屏蔽效果和抗压、抗外力冲击、防水等性能,完全能满足市场线缆发展的要求。导体为无氧铜丝,外挤包高密度聚乙烯绝缘层,绝缘线芯两芯对绞,两芯对绞的同时加入阻水纱,阻水纱在遇水时可在很短时间内迅速膨胀数十倍,密实地填充缆芯内部的所有间隙,有效阻止水份纵向进入电缆内部,保证信号正常传输;四组对绞线芯分别放置于十字架的四个空隙内,改善串音性能;在绕包铝塑屏蔽带前先用特定模具挤包一层厚度约0.4-0.5mm透明聚氯乙烯塑料,将四对线组与十字架更有效组合成圆形,外覆铝塑屏蔽带可防止信号干扰;在铝塑屏蔽带与不锈钢带之间挤包聚乙烯作为隔离层,且具有一定的硬度,能有效解决因半成品柔软,钢带铠装时易变形或断裂的现象,铠装层采用非磁性不锈钢带,保护内部线芯及屏蔽层可能受到的外力挤压或撞击,同时可避免传统镀锌钢带因具有磁性而对信号传输的影响;电缆的最外层采用防水聚烯烃护套,此材料表面光滑,具有较好的致密性,水份极难渗透,与隔离层一并起到双层保护,有效防止使用环境中的水份径向进入缆芯内部,确保传输性能。

具体实施方式
以无氧铜丝为导体(2),在无氧铜丝外外挤包高密度聚乙烯绝缘层(1)构成绝缘线芯。以两根绝缘线芯对绞,同时加入阻水纱(3),绞成一组绝缘线芯对绞线。将四组绝缘线芯对绞线分别置于十字架(9)的四个空隙内构成圆形缆芯,在缆芯上挤包一层厚度约0.4-0.5mm透明聚氯乙烯塑料膜(4),在透明聚氯乙烯塑料膜(4)上依次绕包铝塑屏蔽带(5)、挤包聚乙烯隔离层(6)和包裹非磁性不锈钢带铠装层(7),在非磁性不锈钢带铠装层(7)上挤包防水聚稀烃外护套(8)。

1.一种对绞外覆屏蔽铠装防水线缆,包括导体及导体外覆盖绝缘层构成的绝缘线芯和外护套,其特征是设有四组绝缘线芯对绞线和十字架(9),四组绝缘线芯对绞线置于十字架(9)的四个空隙内构成圆形缆芯导体(2),在缆芯上挤包一层透明聚氯乙烯塑料膜(4),在塑料膜上依次绕包铝塑屏蔽带(5)、挤包聚乙烯隔离层(6)和包裹非磁性不锈钢带铠装层(7),在铠装层上挤包防水聚稀烃外护套(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对绞外覆屏蔽铠装防水线缆,其特征是所述的绝缘线芯由无氧铜丝外挤包高密度聚乙烯绝缘层(1)构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对绞外覆屏蔽铠装防水线缆,其特征是所述的绝缘线芯对绞线中设有阻水纱(3)。
