Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可变换接口的组合模具，属建材机械领域。目的是为了解决现有一种模具只可以生产一种接口产品的问题，具有使用变换方便，投资小的特点。本实用新型所述的模具1由凸口长边2，和凹口长边3以及变换接口的镶嵌件4，和成形套5组成，(图2所示)。将镶嵌件4固定于凸口长边2，和凹口长边3上，然后扣上成形套5成形套5为软件材质，成形后即可得到“8”字灌装接口8(图6)所示，换一种镶嵌件6(图3)所示，可得到方口灌装接口9(图7)所示，换一种镶嵌件7，可得到圆口灌装接口10(图8)所示，如不镶镶嵌件(图5)所示，可得到通用榫槽接口产品(图9)所示。

本发明涉及一种接口可变换的墙板模具，属建材机械领域。
技术背景：
目前我国的墙板类产品，其对缝接口形式多种多样，较通用的是榫槽插接形式的，发展到后来，为了解决一些质量问题又出现了对接后可灌口的方口和园口，但通常一种接口形式很难满足使用要求，如果要同时生产多种接口墙板产品，模具的数量和投资又形成了解决这一问题的瓶颈。
发明内容：
本发明公开了一种接口可变换的墙板模具，目的是为了解决现有一种模具只可以生产一种接口产品的问题，具有使用变换方便，投资小的特点。
本发明所述的模具1由凸口长边2，和凹口长边3以及变换接口的镶嵌件4，和成形套5组成，(图2所示)。

具体实施方式：
将镶嵌件4固定于凸口长边2，和凹口长边3上，然后扣上成形套5，成形套5为软件材质，成形后即可得到“8”字灌装接口8(图6)所示，换一种镶嵌件6(图3)所示，可得到方口灌装接口9(图7)所示，换一种镶嵌件7，可得到园口灌装接口10(图8)所示，如不镶镶嵌件(图5)所示，可得到通用榫槽接口产品(图9)所示。

1.本发明所述的一种可变换接口的组合模具，其特征在于：模具(1)由凸口长边(2)，和凹口长边(3)以及变换接口的镶嵌件(4)组合成。
