为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种适合制作仿古板面的螺旋面曲面刨刀。

一种螺旋面曲面刨刀，包括呈螺旋平面刀体，所述刀体上焊接有刀片，所述刀片的刀口平面角为曲线。

参照图1、图2，一种螺旋面曲面刨刀，包括3至12页呈螺旋平面刀体1，所述刀片与刀体基孔呈10～15°轴向夹角，螺旋切入，运动平滑少振动，切削面振纹小，所述刀体上焊接有刀片2，所述刀片2的刀口平面角为近正弦曲线，由于螺旋刀不易刃磨，所述刀体的轴向宽度适宜为25～100mm，一般制作为25mm、45mm、50mm，最长100mm厚度，直径φ50～φ200mm，适合成组使用，同类刀具可单片或组合使用，适用于仿古板面加工。
