本实用新型涉及耐磨衬板的结构，特别是垫在输送带的下方，用于承托输送带的耐磨衬板。
背景技术
在送料器、生产流水线等设备中广泛使用输送带来运送物料。在输送带的下方通常需要放置用于承托输送带的耐磨衬板。这种耐磨衬板由基板和固定在基板上的耐磨面板构成。基板通常是一块金属板，耐磨面板则是由粘结在基板上的多块陶瓷片拼合而成。在现有技术中，大多数耐磨衬板仅依靠粘结剂的粘结强度来固定耐磨面板。经过输送带的长期摩擦后，耐磨面板容易从基板上脱落。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种承托输送带的耐磨衬板，以防止耐磨衬板的耐磨面板因输送带的长期摩擦而脱落。
为此，承托输送带的耐磨衬板包括基板和固定在基板上的耐磨面板，特别地，在基板的边缘固定有包围着耐磨面板的边框。所述的边框对耐磨面板因输送带的摩擦而受到的横向力起到一定的支撑作用，可防止耐磨面板因输送带的长期摩擦而脱落。
本实用新型的优点是延长了耐磨衬板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图1，承托输送带的耐磨衬板包括基板1和固定在基板上的耐磨面板2。基板1是一块钢板。耐磨面板2由多块陶瓷片拼合而成，所有陶瓷片按顺序粘结在基板上。陶瓷片是氧化铝含量达90％以上的氧化铝陶瓷。陶瓷片的厚度最好不小于2.5毫米。本实用新型的特点在于，在基板1的边缘固定有包围着耐磨面板的边框3。边框3可由不锈钢条制成，既可以与基板1焊接为一体，也可以由螺丝固定在基板1上。
作为进一步改进，图1所示实施例还在耐磨衬板上开设有贯穿基板与耐磨面板的通孔4。利用该通孔可以将耐磨衬板更牢固地固定在相关设备的底座上，例如用螺丝穿过通孔将耐磨衬板连接在设备的底座上，又或者如图2所示，在通孔4内进行焊接，将耐磨衬板焊接在设备的底座5上。如果采用螺丝连接，通孔的顶部应如图3所示带有沉孔6，以使螺丝头7藏在沉孔内，避免螺丝头与输送带接触。

1.承托输送带的耐磨衬板，包括基板和固定在基板上的耐磨面板，其特征是：在基板的边缘固定有包围着耐磨面板的边框。
2.如权利要求1所述的承托输送带的耐磨衬板，其特征是：在耐磨衬板上开设有贯穿基板与耐磨面板的通孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的承托输送带的耐磨衬板，其特征是：耐磨面板由多块陶瓷片拼合而成，陶瓷片的厚度不小于2.5毫米。
