背景技术
应用触变泥浆减少顶管阻力是顶管顺利顶进的关键技术之一，传统的顶管注浆孔未作处理，在粘土层或淤泥土层中，能形成较好的泥套，而在卵、砾石层中存在砂石堵塞注浆孔的现象，直接影响泥浆的注入，最终影响泥套的完整性，使减阻效果明显降低。

本实用新型是提供一种顶管注浆构造，解决传统顶管注浆构造容易堵孔的问题。
本实用新型提供的构造包括钢套环、橡皮圈、出浆孔。由于在泥浆孔外侧设置钢套环，在钢套环的保护下防止了堵孔现象。另外，泥浆孔在钢套环下方，在泥浆孔后设橡胶密封圈，橡胶圈的密封使注浆不往外溢出，使减阻作用更有效。出浆孔对称布置使混凝土管在顶进过程中均匀出浆，便于混凝土管顺利顶进。
本实用新型保证了泥浆套的完整性，提高了泥浆减阻效果。

本实用新型包括钢套环1、橡皮圈2、出浆孔3。采用钢套环1承接相邻混凝土管4，钢套环1沿混凝土管4方向长度为1m，钢套环厚度为3～5mm，钢套环1与混凝土管4间隙为2cm，出浆孔3左侧设置环形橡胶圈2对钢套环1与混凝土管4间隙进行密封。每个混凝土管4设置四个出浆孔3，四个出浆孔4布置在一个断面呈正方形，出浆孔4离混凝土管4端部距离为40cm。

1.一种顶管注浆构造，其特征包括钢套环(1)、橡皮圈(2)、出浆孔(3)，采用钢套环(1)承接相邻混凝土管(4)，钢套环厚度为3～5mm，钢套环(1)与混凝土管(4)间隙为2cm，出浆孔(3)左侧设置环形橡胶圈(2)对钢套环(1)与混凝土管(4)间隙进行密封，每个混凝土管(4)设置四个出浆孔(3)，四个出浆孔(4)布置在一个断面呈正方形，出浆孔(4)离混凝土管(4)端部距离为40cm。
