(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构。属于表面防护技术领域。
(二)背景技术
风力发电机安装在较空旷、风力资源优越的环境中,有时甚至安装在海上,对其底座的耐候、防腐蚀性能提出较高的要求。常规的风能发电机底座的防护层仅是在其外表面紧密复合防锈漆层,其耐腐蚀性差、耐候性能差,很难满足恶劣环境的使用要求。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐候性好、耐腐蚀性能好,能满足风能发电机底座在恶劣环境中的使用要求的复合涂层结构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,其特征在于所述风能发电机底座基材的外壁面上依次紧密复合有外壁底涂层、外壁中涂层和外壁面涂层;其底座基材的内壁面上依次紧密复合有内壁底涂层、内壁中涂层和内壁面涂层。
本实用新型一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,所述外壁底涂层是以金属锌粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述外壁中涂层是以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述外壁面涂层为氟碳涂料层;所述内壁底涂层是以金属锌粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述内壁中涂层是以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述内壁面涂层为环氧树脂涂料层。
本实用新型风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,其耐候性好、耐腐蚀性能好,能满足恶劣环境的使用要求。

参见图1,本实用新型涉及的一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,其底座基材4的外壁面上依次紧密复合有外壁底涂层1、外壁中涂层2和外壁面涂层3;
其底座基材4的内壁面上依次紧密复合有内壁底涂层5、内壁中涂层6和内壁面涂层7。
所述外壁底涂层1以高纯度、高含量、超细金属锌粉为防锈颜料的双组分厚膜型富锌涂料层,干膜中的金属锌含量可高达90%以上,充分利用锌粉的阴极保护作用,对钢铁表面起到优异的防腐作用;
所述外壁中涂层2以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的厚膜型涂料层,由于铝粉的片状性和多层性能,使漆膜具有优异的屏蔽阻隔作用,具有优良的耐水性、耐侯性,对底层、面层附着性好;
所述外壁面涂层3为氟碳涂料层,其是以高耐候氟碳树脂等为主要成膜物质,以非泛黄性HDI缩二脲等为固化剂,与无毒着色颜料、纳米微粉、环保溶剂、添加剂、助剂等制成。
该外壁上的涂层结构性价比优、涂料储存稳定性好、不易沉淀;施工性好,抗流挂性强;涂膜光滑、摩擦阻力小、耐磨性能好。涂层表面具有憎冰性能,确保涂层在高寒地区不会受冻结冰,抗风沙性好,干性好、丰满度好,附着力强,耐候、防锈、无毒、环保。
所述内壁底涂层5是以高纯度、高含量、超细金属锌粉为防锈颜料的双组分厚膜型富锌涂料层,干膜中的金属锌含量可高达90%以上,充分利用锌粉的阴极保护作用,对钢铁表面起到优异的防腐作用;
所述内壁中涂层6是以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的厚膜型涂料层,由于铝粉的片状性和多层性能,使漆膜具有优异的屏蔽阻隔作用,具有优良的耐水性、耐侯性,对底层、面层附着性好;
所述内壁面涂层7为厚膜型环氧树脂涂料层,其是以低分子环氧树脂等为主要成膜物质,以高弹性环氧树脂及变性胺等为改性剂,与无毒着色颜料、纳米微粉、环保溶剂、添加剂、助剂等制成。
该内壁上的涂层结构性价比优、涂料储存稳定性好、不易沉淀;施工性好,抗流挂性强;涂膜光滑、防腐性能好,具有涂层附着力强,无毒、环保。
施工时,先用对底座基材4的内外壁表面进行处理,即用溶剂擦洗去除所有油污及油脂,达到SSPC-SP-1要求;然后喷砂或抛丸处理至SSPC-SP-10(ISO8501-1、SIS Sa2.5级),表面平均粗糙度30~75μm;再依次涂敷底涂层、中涂层和面涂层。

1.一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,其特征在于所述风能发电机底座基材(4)的外壁面上依次紧密复合有外壁底涂层(1)、外壁中涂层(2)和外壁面涂层(3);
其底座基材(4)的内壁面上依次紧密复合有内壁底涂层(5)、内壁中涂层(6)和内壁面涂层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风能发电机底座复合涂层结构,其特征在于:所述外壁底涂层(1)是以金属锌粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述外壁中涂层(2)是以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述外壁面涂层(3)为氟碳涂料层;所述内壁底涂层(5)是以金属锌粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述内壁中涂层(6)是以片状铝粉为防锈颜料的涂料层,所述内壁面涂层(7)为环氧树脂涂料层。
