背景技术
在纸的生产过程中，将浆料通过冲浆泵抽出后，由于溶入浆料中的气泡也一同被冲浆泵抽出，被应用于下一道工序，从而增加了脉冲对纸的影响，增加了纸的透明点，半透明点，影响纸的质量。目前，还未有好的解决方案。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种纸机网前流送系统，该纸机网前流送系统具有除气效果好，节能，大大减少了纸的透明点、半透明点的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括浆池和冲浆泵，浆池内设置有浆料，冲浆泵的一端通过进浆管道与浆池相连，另一端连接有出浆管道，出浆管道的另一端设置有锥管，所述的出浆管道上设置有除气消泡装置。
所述的除气消泡装置为一直管，并与出浆管道相连通。

本实用新型的纸机网前流送系统，其结构包括浆池1和冲浆泵6，浆池1内设置有浆料2，冲浆泵6的一端通过进浆管道7与浆池1相连，另一端连接有出浆管道3，出浆管道3的另一端设置有锥管5，所述的出浆管道3上设置有除气消泡装置4。
所述的除气消泡装置4为一直管，并与出浆管道3相连通。
使用时，冲浆泵6通过进浆管道7将浆池1内的浆料2抽入，浆料2沿出浆管道3从锥管5中排出，进入到下一工序，浆料2进入到锥管5前溶于浆料2中的气泡通过除气消泡装置4排出，除气效果好，大大减少了纸的透明点、半透明点，提高了纸的质量。

1.纸机网前流送系统，包括浆池和冲浆泵，浆池内设置有浆料，其特征是：冲浆泵的一端通过进浆管道与浆池相连，另一端连接有出浆管道，出浆管道的另一端设置有锥管，所述的出浆管道上设置有除气消泡装置。
