本实用新型是用于换热器中的一种高效强化扰流波纹散热片,它是对普通平板散热片和波纹散热片的改进,它具有基片,该基片呈波纹状,且在基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上还开有若干扰流孔,本实用新型中的基片呈波纹状,具有强化换热面积和对流体扰流的作用;在基片上开有若干扰流孔,使散热片两边的流体互通,具有防止介质温度不均匀的作用,同时扰流孔能阻挡流体流向冷却管,对流体有扰流的作用,从而提高了传热系数。主要应用于石油化工、船舶、冶金、舰艇、电力等行业高性能要求的液体换热器、气体换热器。

Description

高效强化扰流波纹散热片
(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及机械制造技术领域,是用于换热器中的一种高效强化扰流波纹散热片。
(二)背景技术:现今制造各类换热器的高效强化冷却元件绝大多数为光圆管外扎制园环肋片结构,也有一部分为光圆管外套平板散热片或环形破口散热片或波纹散热片结构。现有结构中的冷却介质与被冷却介质仅靠园环肋片或平板散热片强化换热面积,园环肋片在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较小,平板散热片虽然在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较大,但是平板散热片对介质没有扰流作用,传热系数较小。另有一种破口散热片虽然对介质有扰流作用,但是破口处散热片易腐蚀脱落,如果脱落的破口散热片进入其它设备后将会引起设备的损坏,严重的将会导致设备烧毁。再有一种波纹散热片,介质在其中间流动时,散热片两边的流体不能互通,介质温度不均匀。
(三)发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要解决现有平板散热片对介质没有扰流作用,传热系数较小的问题,同时解决波纹散热片介质流动时,易产生介质温度不均匀,不能满足高传热性能、高可靠性要求的问题,提供的一种高效强化扰流波纹散热片。
本实用新型的具体方案是:针对平板散热片进行改进,它具有基片,该基片呈波纹状,且在基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上还开有若干扰流孔。
本实用新型中所述扰流孔为方形孔,且在孔的一边设有翻边。
本实用新型结构作用:其基片波纹形状强化了换热面积并对介质具有扰流作用,扰流孔使散热片两边的流体互通,并阻挡流体流向冷却管,具有防止介质温度不均匀和提高传热效果的作用。用于换热器中可提高传热系数、换热效率和使用寿命。

(五)具体实施方式:
参见图1、2、3,本实用新型采用铜片(或铝片)1(长宽按换热器的布置空间需要确定)作基片,并将铜片1冲压制成波纹状,且在铜片1上冲制若干管孔2(根据换热管的布置确定孔的位置和数量),特别是:本实用新型中还在铜片1上冲压有多个扰流孔3,该扰流孔3为方形孔,且在扰流孔3的一边制有翻边4即构成本实用新型。

1.一种高效强化波纹散热片,具有基片,该基片呈波纹状,且在基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:在基片上还开有若干扰流孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效强化波纹散热片,其特征是:所述扰流孔为方形孔,且在孔的一边设有翻边。
