本实用新型是用于换热器中的一种高效强化波纹散热片,它是对普通平板散热片的改进,它具有基片,基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:基片呈波纹状;本实用新型中的基片呈波纹状,具有强化换热面积和对流体扰流的作用,从而提高了传热系数,主要应用于石油化工、船舶、冶金、舰艇、电力等行业高性能要求的油换热器、气体换热器。

高效强化波纹散热片
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及机械制造技术领域,是用于换热器中的一种高效强化波纹散热片。
(二)背景技术:
现今制造各类换热器的高效强化冷却元件绝大多数为光圆管外扎制园环肋片结构,也有一部分为光圆管外套平板散热片或环形破口散热片结构。现有结构中的冷却介质与被冷却介质仅靠园环肋片或平板散热片强化换热面积,园环肋片在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较小,平板散热片虽然在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较大,但是平板散热片对介质没有扰流作用,传热系数较小。另有一种破口散热片虽然对介质有扰流作用,但是破口处散热片易腐蚀脱落,如果脱落的破口散热片进入其它设备后将会引起设备的损坏,严重的将会导致设备烧毁。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要解决现有平板散热片对介质没有扰流作用,传热系数较小的问题,而破口散热片易腐蚀脱落不能满足高传热性能、高可靠性要求的问题,提供一种高效强化波纹散热片。
本实用新型的具体方案是:针对平板散热片进行改进,它具有基片,基片上开有若干管孔,其特征是:基片呈波纹状。
本实用新型结构简单,其波纹基片强化了换面积并对介质具有扰流作用,提高了传热系数,用于换热器中可提高换热效率。

(五)具体实施方式:
参见图1、2、3,本实用新型采用铜片1(长宽按换热器的布置空间需要确定)作基片,在铜片1上冲制若干管孔2(根据换热管的布置确定孔的位置和数量),特别是本实用新型中的铜片1冲压制成波纹状。
