直插式光纤快速连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光网络中的无源器件,更具体地说,涉及一种施工现场组装的直插式光纤快速连接器。
背景技术
目前的现场研磨的光纤连接器主要还是通过紧固装置固定两个光纤端头(一根是出厂前预埋光纤,另一根是用户现场制作的光纤)实现光纤对接。而光纤包括裸纤及包围裸纤的光纤外皮,其中,在端头连接处滴入匹配液以提高通光性。此结构有下面几个问题,第一,必须在连接器中预置一段光纤,其中,首先要预研磨用户对接端,并把它插入陶瓷插芯胶结,再对插芯工作端进行研磨,由于研磨工序复杂,光纤在研磨及胶结时易于折断,磨好的表面容易损坏,废品率高,这样就使制造成本成倍增加;第二,端接处滴入匹配液虽然可以提高通光性,但由于液体在环境和时间变化中,性能会产生变化,这样免不了会降低连接器的性能,给网络带来隐患;第三,这种结构在安装的时候,用户端的切割端面的质量无法得到保证,而只能是通过后续检测才能检测出,这样就会大大降低端接效率,造成成本上升;第四,这种连接器在内部多了一个光纤对接面,这样不仅会影响电信运营商对对接点数量的控制,而且多了一个潜在的故障点,这样也会使网络的可靠性降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述低端接效率,造成成本上升缺陷,提供一种安装容易的直插式光纤快速连接器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种直插式光纤快速连接器,所述直插式光纤快速连接器的端部连接有光纤,所述光纤包括裸纤及包围裸纤的光纤外皮,所述直插式光纤快速连接器包括固定裸纤的槽体、固定所述光纤外皮的夹头及固定光纤外皮的尾壳,所述直插式光纤快速连接器还包括固定所述槽体、夹头和尾壳的固定装置,所述夹头的两端分别连接有槽体和尾壳。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套、复位弹簧、固定裸纤并与所述内框套一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰、限位卡、锁紧光纤的夹头及协助所述夹头锁紧的推管及槽体,所述限位卡设置于所述内框套上,所述复位弹簧设置于所述推管和内框套之间。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述槽体包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体的三角通孔。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述槽壳为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体插入的通槽。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述推管的第一端直径大,第二端直径小,所述直径大的一端与尾壳插接,所述第二端与所述夹头插接。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述尾壳包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述夹头包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为三个均布的压爪。
在本实用新型所述的直插式光纤快速连接器中,所述推管的第二端为当其一端推入会使所述三个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤的第二端。
实施本实用新型的直插式光纤快速连接器,具有以下有益效果:
本新型的直插式光纤快速连接器的端部连接有光纤,所述光纤包括裸纤及包围裸纤的光纤外皮,所述直插式光纤快速连接器包括固定裸纤的槽体、固定所述光纤外皮的夹头及固定光纤外皮的尾壳,所述直插式光纤快速连接器还包括固定所述槽体、夹头和尾壳的固定装置,所述夹头的两端分别连接有槽体和尾壳。这样的结构用一个步骤完成光纤安装。节省了时间,提高了效率。

具体实施方式
如图1至图12所示,在本实用新型的直插式光纤快速连接器第一实施例中,所述直插式光纤快速连接器的两端连接有光纤,所述光纤包括裸纤及包围裸纤的光纤外皮,所述直插式光纤快速连接器包括固定裸纤的槽体50、固定所述光纤外皮的夹头80及固定光纤外皮的尾壳20,所述直插式光纤快速连接器还包括固定所述槽体50、夹头80和尾壳20的固定装置,所述槽体50的两端分别连接有夹头80和尾壳20。
其中,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套10、复位弹簧30、固定裸纤并与所述内框套10一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰40、限位卡60、锁紧光纤的夹头80及协助所述夹头80锁紧的推管90。所述限位卡设置于所述内框套10上,所述复位弹簧30设置于所述内框套10和推管90之间。下面对各部件分别说明:所述槽体50包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体50的三角通孔。槽体50是由三部分组成,包括凸起、第一通通孔以及V槽,凸起部分成梯形体,第一通孔为三角孔,孔只在上槽开,下槽没有孔。所述槽壳70为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体50插入的通槽。
槽壳70的形状为中空圆柱体,上开通槽,方便V槽的插入。当V槽插入槽壳70中,凸起能够部分露在槽壳70外边。所述夹头80包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为三个均布的压爪。所述推管90的第一端直径大,第二端直径小,所述直径大的一端与尾壳20插接,所述第二端与所述夹头80插接,所述第一端为其一端推入后对“V”槽产生压力并收紧从而固定裸纤的第一端。其中,第一端的一端推入后对V槽产生压力,V槽收紧从而固定裸纤。第二端的一端推入会使压爪产生形变,三个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤。内框套10对普通连接器的内框套10进行了改进,由于弹簧30的固定方法的改变,本内框套10引入了类似压线卡的结构,生产过程中,先将弹簧30压紧,然后插入限位卡60,再松开弹簧30,这样弹簧30就会被固定好。
所述尾壳20包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。尾壳20是配合内框套10一起用的。导向体是插入内框套10,防止旋转,紧固体插入内框套10后,防止光缆的后退,而将压线卡通过卡台上的卡孔插入光缆外皮,就可以固定整个光缆。法兰40除了固定插芯95外,还可以跟内框套10一起,防止插芯95旋转。
本结构中,法兰40和槽壳70是融为一体。
本新型工作原理如下:夹头80的内圆柱插入槽壳70,推管90推入后会挤压变形槽的本体,从而使本体的三个压爪互相抱紧,达到固定这部分光纤的作用。尾壳20和内框套10配合使用,当尾壳20的紧固体插入内框套10后,通过压线卡,就可以固定整个光缆了。
本新型使用步骤:
1、将连接体放到组装台的左边,并且将其固定,然后移动挡板至插芯95处,使挡板紧贴插芯95的端面,固定挡板。
2、将光缆依次穿过护套,尾壳20,然后剥纤,制作光纤端面。
3、将做好的纤通过夹头80插入,然后通过组装台上的固定装置将光缆固定。
4、将推管90推入,使其尾端基本与夹头80的尾端一致。
5、将尾壳20推入内框套10,然后压下压线卡。
6、将护套推上,并且装上外框套。
这样,整个的连接器就组装完毕。当然,我们也可以检查,连接器的端面情况,以确定要不要再抛光。

Claims (8)

1.一种直插式光纤快速连接器,所述直插式光纤快速连接器的端部连接有光纤,所述光纤包括裸纤及包围裸纤的光纤外皮,其特征在于,所述直插式光纤快速连接器包括固定裸纤的槽体(50)、固定所述光纤外皮的夹头(80)及固定光纤外皮的尾壳(20),所述直插式光纤快速连接器还包括固定所述槽体(50)、夹头(80)和尾壳(20)的固定装置,所述夹头(80)的两端分别连接有槽体(50)和尾壳(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套(10)、复位弹簧(30)、固定裸纤并与所述内框套(10)一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰(40)、限位卡(60)、锁紧光纤的夹头(80)及协助所述夹头(80)锁紧的推管(90),所述限位卡设置于所述内框套(10)上,所述复位弹簧(30)设置于所述内框套(10)和推管(90)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述槽体(50)包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体(50)的三角通孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述槽壳(70)为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体(50)插入的通槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述推管(90)的第一端直径大,第二端直径小,所述直径大的一端与尾壳(20)插接,所述第二端与所述夹头(80)插接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述尾壳(20)包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述夹头(80)包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为三个均布的压爪。
8.根据权利要求7所述的直插式光纤快速连接器,其特征在于,所述推管(90)的第二端为当其一端推入会使所述三个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤的第二端。
