有小规格和大规格组合式扁管的汽车空调冷凝器，属于汽车空调冷凝器技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种有小规格及大规格组合式扁管的汽车空调冷凝器。解决其技术问题的技术方案，包含左集流管、右集流管、分隔片、翅片、小规格扁管及大规格扁管；左集流管及右集流管内装分隔片，将集流管分隔为数段；集流管上有若干扁管孔，在一部分扁管孔上装小规格扁管，在出口段扁管孔上装大规格扁管；扁管之间装翅片。本实用新型应用于汽车空调冷凝器。有益效果是可以减小流体阻力。据实测，在出口段的6根原安装内孔截面积较小的小规格扁管部位，安装6根内孔截面积较大的大规格扁管，流体阻力即得到减小，制冷效率提高。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车空调冷凝器、
背景技术
汽车空调冷凝器包含左、右集流管、扁管及翅片；集流管上有若干扁管孔，扁管装在左、右集流管的相对应的扁管孔上；集流管内装有分隔片，将集流管分隔为互不相通的数段；由分隔片分隔开的集流管和扁管构成流体通道。已有技术冷凝器中的扁管均采用内孔截面积较小的小规格扁管。已有技术的不足之处是，小规格扁管的流体阻力大，会形成流体阻力瓶颈，使制冷效率降低。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可减小流体阻力的有小规格及大规格组合式扁管汽车空调冷凝器。
解决其技术问题的技术方案，包含左集流管、右集流管、分隔片、翅片、小规格扁管及大规格扁管；左集流管及右集流管内装分隔片，将集流管分隔为互不相通的数段；左集流管和右集流管上有若干扁管孔，在一部分左集流管和右集流管的相对应的扁管孔上装小规格扁管，在出口段的扁管孔上装大规格扁管；扁管与扁管之间装翅片。
有益效果  本实用新型应用于汽车空调冷凝器。有益效果是可以减小冷凝器的流体阻力，从而提高制冷效率。根据实测结果，在出口段的6根原安装内孔截面积为13.27mm2的小规格扁管部位，安装6根内孔截面积为19.06mm2的大规格扁管，冷凝器的流体阻力即由135.6Kpa减小为79.1Kpa，制冷效率得到提高。

具体实施方式如下，包含左集流管1、右集流管2、分隔片3、翅片7、小规格扁管5及大规格扁管6；左集流管1及右集流管2内装分隔片3，将其分隔为互不相通数段；左集流管1和右集流管2有若干扁管孔4，在一部分左集流管1和右集流管2相对应的扁管孔4上装小规格扁管5，在出口段的扁管孔4上装大规格扁管6；扁管与扁管之间装翅片7。

1.有小规格和大规格组合式扁管的汽车空调冷凝器，包含左集流管(1)、右集流管(2)、分隔片(3)、翅片(7)和内孔截面积小的小规格扁管(5)，其特征在于还包含内孔截面积大的大规格扁管(6)；左集流管(1)及右集流管(2)内装分隔片(3)，将集流管分隔为互不相通的数段；左集流管(1)和右集流管(2)上有若干扁管孔(4)，在一部分左集流管(1)和右集流管(2)的相对应的扁管孔(4)上装小规格扁管(5)，在出口段的左集流管(1)和右集流管(2)的扁管孔(4)上装大规格扁管(6)；扁管与扁管之间装翅片(7)。
