Abstract

本实用新型属于机械领域，涉及一种立式脱水机的部分改进装置。该装置是利用磁铁同性相斥的特性，分别在立式脱水机内桶(3)的上部外侧和外桶(4)的内侧或外侧上部装置磁性相斥的磁铁环(该磁铁环是整体或多块磁铁的组合)，脱水时由于磁铁环的相斥性，保证了内桶不会倾斜震动与外桶碰撞。有效的提高了效率和使用寿命。

背景技术
目前所知立式脱水机脱水时由于衣物在内桶分布不均，脱水时脱水桶摇摆震动与外桶产生摩擦碰撞，甚至无法正常工作。
发明内容
为了克服以上困难，如图1所示在立式脱水机内桶(3)外侧上部装置磁铁环(1)，在外桶(4)外侧或内侧上部装置磁铁环(2)。使磁铁环(1)和(2)处在同一平面且磁性相斥的同心圆环。由于磁铁的相斥作用，保持内桶垂直不与外桶产生摩擦碰撞。

图1是本实用新型的结构图。图中磁铁环(1)和磁铁环(2)可以是一个整体或有多快磁铁组合而成的圆环。
具体实施方式
在图1中：磁铁环(1)和磁铁环(2)、内桶(3)、外桶(4)、磁铁环(1)装置在内桶(3)外侧上部，磁铁环(2)装置在外桶(4)外侧或内侧上部。磁铁环(1)和(2)处在同一平面且磁性相斥。脱水时当内桶(3)内衣物不均时，由于磁铁环(1)和磁铁环(2)相斥的原理，可以使内桶(3)保持垂直不与外桶(4)产生摩擦碰撞，内桶(3)转动时由于磁铁环(1)和磁铁环(2)是圆环形，保持内桶的受力均匀且不会产生阻力，当内桶衣物不均衡脱水时，保证了内桶不会倾斜震动与外桶碰撞。有效的提高了效率和使用寿命。

1.一种立式脱水机防震装置，该装置在内桶(3)上部外侧和外桶(4)内侧或外侧的磁铁环，其特征是：内桶磁铁环(1)与外桶磁铁环(2)磁性相斥且组成同一平面的同心圆环。
2.根据权利要求书1所述内桶磁铁环(1)与外桶磁铁环(2)，其特征是：该圆环形磁铁环可以是一个整体的圆环，也可以是有多块磁铁组合而成的圆环。
