Abstract

本实用新型公开一种沼气动力型有机肥烘干装置,包烘干滚筒、进料输送机、出料口、沼气输送管;其特征在于:还包括引风机、沼气燃烧室、电气控制柜、沼气发电机组;沼气发电机组通过沼气输送管输送的沼气发电,沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;电气控制柜输出电力驱动烘干滚筒转动。还包括筛网、破碎搅拌翼、转筒传动齿。烘干滚筒内部的转筒传动齿与破碎搅拌翼转动方向相反。利用沼气燃烧产生的热气来烘干沼渣成为有机肥产品。优点是:采用直接干化技术,将沼气燃烧时产生的热气与沼渣直接进行接触混合,利用沼气燃烧产热、沼气发电进行沼渣有机肥干燥加工,充分利用了沼渣、沼气,系统不需要外加能源,实现能源循环利用,经济效益、社会效益好;操作简单。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气动力型有机肥烘干装置,适用于大型沼气建设工程,属于物料烘干设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,大型养殖场建设沼气池,处理粪污的同时产生沼气,但由于沼气发酵产生的沼气和沼渣没有充分的利用,使大型沼气工程的经济效益难以显现。现有的有机肥加工设备,多采用电力和煤炭燃烧产生的热气进行烘干,消耗大量能源。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种沼气动力型有机肥烘干装置,解决现有技术中大型养殖场沼气工程中沼气和沼渣没有充分利用,沼气动力型有机肥烘干装置采用电力和煤炭烘干耗能大等问题。
本实用新型包括烘干滚筒、进料输送机、出料口、沼气输送管;其特征在于:还包括引风机、沼气燃烧室、电气控制柜、沼气发电机组;
进料输送机与烘干滚筒前端相连接;出料口与烘干滚筒后端相连接;引风机连接烘干滚筒;烘干滚筒连接沼气燃烧室;沼气输送管一端连接沼气燃烧室;沼气输送管另一端连接沼气发电机组,并连接烘干滚筒前端;沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;
沼气发电机组通过沼气输送管输送的沼气发电,沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;电气控制柜输出电力驱动烘干滚筒转动。
本实用新型还包括筛网;筛网安装于出料口侧的烘干滚筒后方。还包括破碎搅拌翼;破碎搅拌翼安装于烘干滚筒中部,由风力驱动旋转。还包括转筒传动齿;转筒传动齿安装在烘干滚筒上。烘干滚筒内部的转筒传动齿与破碎搅拌翼的转动方向相反。
其工作过程如下:
沼气发电机组通过沼气输送管输送的沼气发电,沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;电气控制柜输出电力驱动烘干滚筒转动。
沼渣原料从进料输送机进入烘干滚筒,物料顺流进入转筒传动齿,沼气燃烧室产生温度500℃左右的热气流,在引风机的作用下,热气流与物料充分接触迅速干燥,破碎搅拌翼将物料迅速打碎,特别是大块粘性物料,可碎成小块,物料逐渐向出料口方向移动,与沼气燃烧室越接近,干燥速度越快,最终形成碎末型产品。
本实用新型的优点是:采用直接干化技术,将沼气燃烧时产生的热气与沼渣直接进行接触混合,利用沼气燃烧产热、沼气发电进行沼渣有机肥干燥加工,充分利用了沼渣、沼气,系统不需要外加能源,实现能源循环利用,经济效益、社会效益好;操作简单。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一个实施例如图1所示:本实用新型包括引风机1、进料输送机2、转筒传动齿3、烘干滚筒4、破碎搅拌翼5、筛网6、沼气燃烧室7、沼气输送管8、出料口9、电气控制柜10、沼气发电机组11;
进料输送机2与烘干滚筒4前端相连接;出料口9与烘干滚筒4后端相连接;筛网6安装于出料口9侧的烘干滚筒4后方,引风机1连接烘干滚筒4;破碎搅拌翼5安装于烘干滚筒4中部,由风力驱动旋转;烘干滚筒4连接沼气燃烧室7;沼气输送管8一端连接沼气燃烧室7;沼气输送管8另一端连接沼气发电机组11,并连接烘干滚筒4前端。
沼气发电机组11通过沼气输送管8输送的沼气发电,沼气发电机组11与电气控制柜10相连接;电气控制柜10输出电力驱动烘干滚筒4转动。
烘干滚筒4上安装有转筒传动齿3。
沼渣原料从进料输送机2进入烘干滚筒4,物料顺流进入转筒传动齿3,沼气燃烧室产生温度500℃左右的热气流,在引风机1的作用下,热气流与物料充分接触迅速干燥。
破碎搅拌翼5将物料迅速打碎,特别是大块粘性物料,可碎成小块,物料逐渐向出料口9方向移动,与沼气燃烧室7越接近,干燥速度越快,烘干滚筒4内部的转筒传动齿3与破碎搅拌翼5的转动方向相反,从而提高原料的干燥速度。在破碎搅拌翼5的作用下,一边烘干,一边加工成粉状有机肥,从出料口9排出。

1.一种沼气动力型有机肥烘干装置,包括烘干滚筒、进料输送机、出料口、沼气输送管;其特征在于:还包括引风机、沼气燃烧室、电气控制柜、沼气发电机组;
进料输送机与烘干滚筒前端相连接;出料口与烘干滚筒后端相连接;引风机连接烘干滚筒;烘干滚筒连接沼气燃烧室;沼气输送管一端连接沼气燃烧室;沼气输送管另一端连接沼气发电机组,并连接烘干滚筒前端;沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;
沼气发电机组通过燃烧沼气输送管输送的沼气发电,沼气发电机组与电气控制柜相连接;电气控制柜输出电力驱动烘干滚筒转动。
2.权利要求1所述的烘干装置,其特征在于:还包括筛网;筛网安装于出料口侧的烘干滚筒后方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烘干装置,其特征在于:还包括破碎搅拌翼;破碎搅拌翼安装于烘干滚筒中部,由风力驱动旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烘干装置,其特征在于:还包括转筒传动齿;转筒传动齿安装在烘干滚筒上。
