(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种离子膜电解槽,尤其是涉及一种膜极距离子膜电解槽。属氯碱设备技术领域。
(二)背景技术
离子膜电解槽是氯碱工业专用设备,其作用是通过电解盐水(Nacl)生产烧碱(NaOH)和氯气(cl2)等。氯碱工业作为高能耗行业,节约能源,提高效率,采用新技术和先进适用技术节能降耗是永恒的主题。目前运行的早期复极式离子膜装置设备老化,能耗很高。究其原因,是由于目前的离子膜电解槽装置,主要由离子膜以及分别设置于离子膜两侧的阳极室和阴极室组成。作为电极的阳级网和阴极网之间有距离,约2~3mm。这会产生一个电压降。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种降低电压降的膜极距离子膜电解槽。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种膜极距离子膜电解槽,包括阴极网,在阴极网上依次加装有镍基材料的弹性网、覆盖网和活性涂层面网,使电槽装置上的阴极网和阳极网之间的距离降为膜极距(阳极、阴极和离子膜三者贴合)。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、比较适合于旧离子膜电解槽的升级换代;
2、弹性网弹性柔软,受力均匀,不会损伤离子膜;
3、弹性网与阴极网的底网、面网之间的接触面积大,电流分布比较均匀;
4、阴极网涂层为贵金属热氧化涂层,表面光滑,不会对离子膜造成磨损;
经过本实用新型膜极距技术的改进,单元槽槽电压和生产烧碱的电耗会大幅下降,与原装置新开车时的数据相比,能下降8%~10%。
