本实用新型是在普通锅体外部周围非直接受热部位加一隔热保温涂层,该涂层可以是一体化整体铸造或焊接,或分离式可拆卸锅体层套,锅体与涂层相应部位可减薄。这种结构可以减少非直接受热部分的热量损耗,使锅体从燃料中所吸收的热量更多地传到锅内,更有效的加热食物,提高热能利用率,起到节能作用;在停火以后锅体周围的隔热涂层还可起到保温作用;另外可减少炊具体的金属用量。

背景技术
目前市场上广泛出售使用的金属锅都是单底外热式,这种锅在使用时,底部与火源进行热交换,但四周非直接受热部分的散热影响很大,热效率低,燃料浪费大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能有效防止热损失,节省燃料的炊事用具。
本实用新型是在普通金属锅体外部周围非直接受热部位加一隔热保温涂层,该涂层可以是一体化整体铸造或焊接,或分离式可拆卸锅体层套,金属锅体与涂层相应部位可减薄。这种结构可以减少非直接受热部分的热量损耗,使锅体从燃料中所吸收的热量更多地传到锅内,更有效的加热食物,提高热能利用率,起到节能作用;在停火以后锅体周围的隔热涂层还可起到保温作用;另外可减少炊具体的金属用量。

具体实施例
附图中[1]为锅体,[2]为锅底,[3]为火焰入口,[4]为锅体金属层非直接受热部位,[5]为锅体隔热保温涂层。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型加隔热涂层的节能炊具是在锅体[1]的金属层非直接受热部位[4]外侧,涂布一隔热保温涂层[5],该隔热保温涂层视锅大小而定,可以是一体化整体铸造或焊接,或做成一可拆卸与锅体大小一致的隔热保温涂层套体,在加热时套在内部金属锅体外侧,金属锅体[4]与涂层相应部位可减薄。本实用新型的形状和规格可以是各种大小尺寸的单底外热式金属锅体,锅体隔热保温涂层的厚度为2-5毫米,为隔热保温材料,锅底部火焰入口(锅底部无保温涂层区域)可与普通燃气炉盘相对应。

1.一种节能锅,其特征在于金属锅体[1]外侧有隔热保温涂层[3]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅,其特征在于锅体[1]、锅底[2]、隔热保温涂层[3]是整体铸造或焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锅,其特征在于锅体[1]和隔热保温涂层是可拆卸式,隔热保温涂层[3]是与锅体大小一致的隔热保温涂层套体。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的锅,其特征在于锅体隔热保温涂层[3]的厚度为2-5毫米,为隔热保温材料。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的锅,其特征在于锅底[2]火焰入口与普通燃气炉盘相对应。
