Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种光伏组件破裂试验机,包括框架、撞击袋和撞击控制系统,所述框架上还设有上螺杆总成和下螺杆总成,所述上、下螺杆总成均包括正牙调整螺杆和反牙调整螺杆;所述正牙调整螺杆上设有正牙固定螺母,所述反牙调整螺杆上设有反牙固定螺母;所述上、下螺杆总成上的正牙固定螺母和反牙固定螺母上分别固定连接有固定架,构成待测光伏组件的安装架;所述上、下两个螺杆总成伸出框架的一侧均固定连接有从动链轮,上、下两个从动链轮之间的框架上设有主动链轮,主动链轮和从动链轮之间设有配合的传动链条,所述主动链轮上设有手动转轮。本实用新型可方便的调节固定架之间的宽度,以满足不同尺寸光伏组件样品的装夹需求。

一种光伏组件破裂试验机
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种试验装置,具体涉及一种光伏组件破裂试验机,是根据IEC 61730 :2-2004《组件破裂试验》进行测试的试验机。
背景技术
[0002] IEC 61730 :2-2004是广泛认可的光伏(PV)组件安全认证测试标准,以保证太阳 能电池在其使用期内,在电工和机械方面工作时的安全性,其中有明确的主题来评定由于 机械和环境的作用而导致的电击、火灾、人身伤害的阻止措施。组件破裂试验的目的是测试 光伏组件的抗冲击能力以及光伏组件与组件框处的抗冲击能力,其试验过程是通过光伏组 件破裂试验机来实现的。
[0003] 现有的组件撞击测试机主要由框架、撞击袋和撞击控制系统组成,在框架上还设 有上横梁和下横梁,上、下横梁之间固定连接有两根竖直的固定架,构成待测试物的安装 架。测试时,将待测光伏组件样品固定在上述安装架中,利用操作撞击控制系统将撞击袋提 升至规定的高度,稳定,然后释放撞击。在实际试验过程中,为了满足不同尺寸的光伏组件 样品的装夹需求,需要调节两跟固定架之间的距离。现有的结构是在上、下横梁上设置对应 的一排通孔,根据待测试的光伏组件样品的大小手工调整所述两根固定架的位置,再用螺 栓固定,以形成不同大小的安装架。
[0004] 然而,在每次调节固定架的位置时,需要先松开螺栓,在拆下固定架并调整到所需 位置,最后再用螺栓固定。由于固定架一般为钢制材料,十分笨重,在实际操作中,需要多人 配合才能进行操作,不仅浪费人力和时间,且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
[0005] 本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单的光伏组件破裂试验机,以方便调整固定架 之间的宽度。
[0006] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种光伏组件破裂试验机,包括 框架、撞击袋和撞击控制系统,所述框架上还设有上螺杆总成和下螺杆总成,所述上、下螺 杆总成均包括正牙调整螺杆和反牙调整螺杆,正牙调整螺杆与反牙调整螺杆通过中间联轴 器固定连接;所述正牙调整螺杆上设有正牙固定螺母,所述反牙调整螺杆上设有反牙固定 螺母;所述上、下螺杆总成上的正牙固定螺母和反牙固定螺母上分别固定连接有1个竖直 的固定架,构成待测光伏组件的安装架;所述上、下两个螺杆总成伸出框架的一侧均固定连 接有从动链轮,上、下两个从动链轮之间的框架上设有主动链轮,主动链轮和从动链轮之间 设有配合的传动链条,所述主动链轮上设有手动转轮。
[0007] 上文中,所述撞击控制系统是现有技术,一般包括电控装置、脱扣器、巻扬机和定 滑轮等。所述上螺杆总成和下螺杆总成是相同的,只是安装位置的不同而已,其均包括正牙 调整螺杆和反牙调整螺杆等;因而在整个试验机上有上下2个正牙固定螺母,因而可以固 定连接竖直的固定架;反牙固定螺母也是类似的情况。所述从动齿轮也是上下2个,在主动齿轮的调节下同时同向转动。
[0008] 本实用新型的工作原理是:利用手动转轮带动主动链轮旋转,主动链轮通过链条
带动从动链轮旋转,进而带动上、下两个螺杆总成旋转,由于螺杆总成包括正牙调整螺杆和
反牙调整螺杆,因而在上、下两个螺杆总成以相同的角速度同时顺时针或逆时针旋转时,其
上的正、反牙固定螺母会沿着螺杆轴线方向来回移动,即同时相互靠拢或远离,从而带动螺
母上固定连接的2个固定架相互靠拢或远离,以改变固定架之间的宽度,从而满足不同尺
寸光伏组件样品的装夹需求。而整个测试过程与现有的步骤相同。
[0009] 由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是:
[0010] 1、由于本实用新型采用了螺杆总成、从动链轮和主动动链轮配合的结构,可以利
用手动转轮直接调整2个固定架之间的宽度,以满足不同尺寸光伏组件样品的装夹需求,
且该调整操作方便易行。
[0011] 2、本实用新型中通过转动手动转轮带动主、从动链轮旋转,进而带动螺杆总成旋 转,以调节两个固定架之间的宽度,整个调节操作过程中无须拆装固定架,操作简便、无安 全风险。
[0012] 3、本实用新型结构简单,制造、安装维护方便,适合推广使用。

[0020] 实施例一 :参见附图1〜5所示, 一种光伏组件破裂试验机,包括框架1、撞击袋2 和撞击控制系统,所述框架1与地面固定连接,框架1的中间固定设有一对竖直的固定架3, 框架1的背面固定连接有框架支柱4,框架1的顶端中央固定设有一支撑架5,支撑架5上 活动连接有转动臂6,所述撞击袋2竖直悬挂在转动臂6与固定架3之间的支撑架5上,所 述框架1的上、下两端均活动连接有上螺杆总成7和下螺杆总成21,所述上、下螺杆总成7 均包括正牙调整螺杆8和反牙调整螺杆10,正牙调整螺杆8与反牙调整螺杆10通过中间联 轴器20固定连接;所述上、下两个正牙调整螺杆位于框架1的同一侧,上、下两个正牙调整 螺杆上均配合连接有正牙固定螺母9,上、下两个正牙固定螺母9分别与位于同一侧的固定 架3的两端固定连接,所述上、下两个反牙调整螺杆10位于框架1的另一侧,上、下两个反 牙调整螺杆上均配合连接有反牙固定螺母11,上、下两个反牙固定螺母11分别与位于同一侧的固定架的两端固定连接;所述上、下螺杆总成伸出框架1的一端均固定连接有从动链 轮12,所述上、下2个从动链轮12之间的框架1上活动连接有主动链轮13,主动链轮13与 从动链轮12上配合连接有传动链条14,所述主动链轮13的中心轴的一端固定连接有手动 转轮15。
[0021] 参见附图2所示,所述电动控制系统包括电控装置、脱扣器17、巻扬机18和两个定 滑轮19,所述两个定滑轮19分别活动连接于支撑架5的两端,巻扬机18中的钢缆依次绕过 两个定滑轮19后与转动臂6固定连接,所述转动臂6的末端固定连接有脱扣器17,所述撞 击袋2与脱扣器17通过钢缆扣接。
[0022] 测试时,将组件样品固定在固定架3上,驱动巻扬机18带动转动臂6旋转至规定 高度,稳定,撞击袋2跟随转动臂6上的脱扣器17升高至指定位置,远程控制脱扣器17脱扣 释放撞击袋2,撞击袋2在自身重力作用下按照预定的轨迹撞击组件样品。当需要改变固定 架3之间的宽度以装夹不同尺寸的组件样品时,转动手动转轮15以带动上、下两个螺杆总 成旋转,进而带动与正、反固定螺母固定连接的固定架3沿螺杆轴线方向相互靠拢或远离, 由此实现固定架3之间宽度的连续改变。
[0023] 本实用新型的工作原理是:利用手动转轮带动主动链轮旋转,主动链轮通过链条 带动从动链轮旋转,进而带动上、下两个螺杆总成旋转,由于螺杆总成包括正牙调整螺杆和 反牙调整螺杆,因而在上、下两个螺杆总成以相同的角速度同时顺时针或逆时针旋转时,其 上的正、反牙固定螺母会沿着螺杆轴线方向来回移动,即同时相互靠拢或远离,从而带动螺 母上固定连接的2个固定架相互靠拢或远离,以改变固定架之间的宽度,从而满足不同尺 寸光伏组件样品的装夹需求。而整个测试过程与现有的步骤相同。

- 一种光伏组件破裂试验机,包括框架(1)、撞击袋(2)和撞击控制系统,其特征在于:所述框架上还设有上螺杆总成(7)和下螺杆总成(21),所述上、下螺杆总成均包括正牙调整螺杆(8)和反牙调整螺杆(10),正牙调整螺杆(8)与反牙调整螺杆(10)通过中间联轴器(20)固定连接;所述正牙调整螺杆(8)上设有正牙固定螺母(9),所述反牙调整螺杆(10)上设有反牙固定螺母(11);所述上、下螺杆总成上的正牙固定螺母(9)和反牙固定螺母(11)上分别固定连接有1个竖直的固定架,构成待测光伏组件的安装架;所述上、下两个螺杆总成伸出框架(1)的一侧均固定连接有从动链轮(12),上、下两个从动链轮(12)之间的框架(1)上设有主动链轮(13),主动链轮(13)和从动链轮(12)之间设有配合的传动链条(14),所述主动链轮(13)上设有手动转轮(15)。
