技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种汽轮发电机用联轴器键。
背景技术:联轴器是汽轮发电机的重要部件之一,联轴器的一端与汽轮机转轴联接另一端与发电机转轴相连。发电机在运行过程中,联轴器承受扭矩,键是传递扭矩的载体。常规结构联轴器的键设计成一个锥度,键的端部接触处应力集中,应力突变很大,从而降低疲劳寿命。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种避免应力集中和应力突变,从而提高汽轮发电机的整体疲劳寿命的汽轮发电机联轴器键锥度的汽轮发电机用联轴器键,本实用新型的技术放案为:一种汽轮发电机用联轴器键,键体采用两段锥度,两段锥度间圆滑过渡,其主要锥度面与键孔采用过盈配合,过渡锥度面与键孔间为间隙配合。本实用新型将发电机联轴器的键设计成双锥度来实现的。本实用新型有效的减小了键与联轴器端部接触处应力集中和应力突变,从而提高汽轮发电机的整体疲劳寿命。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的一种汽轮发电机用联轴器键,键体采用两段锥度,两段锥度间圆滑过渡,其主要锥度面1与键孔采用过盈配合,过渡锥度面2与键孔间为间隙配合。其主要锥度的长度为总长度80%。如图2所示,键体与键孔的锥度相同的为主要锥度。本实用新型有效的减小了汽轮发电机用联轴器键与联轴器3端部接触处应力集中和应力突变,从而提高汽轮发电机的整体疲劳寿命。

1.一种汽轮发电机用联轴器键,其特征是:键体采用两段锥度,两段锥度间圆滑过渡,其主要锥度面与键孔采用过盈配合,过渡锥度面与键孔间为间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽轮发电机用联轴器键,其特征是:其主要锥度的长度为总长度80%。
