背景枝术
目前，国内的生活用纸生产企业所使用的纸机都是采用压榨辊传动，这种传动方式有以下弊端：①齿轮传动噪音、震动大；②由于震动，造成轴承的磨损度加剧，轴承易损坏；③由于震动松动易造成压榨辊空心轴与齿轮以及轴承间的配合面之间的磨损，且易造成空心轴及轴承齿轮的损坏；④传动结构复杂，拆修工作量大，少则一、两天，多则停机一周左右，严重影响生产；⑤该传动部分反复拆装造成了轴承与齿轮箱箱体之间的配合松动，日久会出现明显的磨损。
