Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构,其结构特征是筒体本体内镶有衬套,衬套与筒体本体之间采用过渡配合,螺栓、螺母连接使两节筒体本体端面紧密接触。衬套为整体式结构,衬套上有槽口,一节衬套端面有椭圆形的封闭矩形槽,另一节筒体本体与衬套端面平齐,密封圈安装在衬套端面封闭的矩形槽内;筒体本体与衬套之间通过定位销固定。本实用新型所采用的结构及通过特殊的密封材料,在确保密封效果、防止筒体本体被腐蚀的前提下,大大降低了产品的生产及操作维护成本。解决了常规的筒体之间的密封结构无法完成对液态物料的密封问题。

一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及双(或单)螺杆塑料挤出机筒体间的密封结构。
背景技术
通常情况下,双(或单)螺杆塑料挤出机筒体之间的密封均是通过连接筒体之间的法兰端面密封来完成的,衬套采用对分式“C”型结构,该结构可以实现对固态、熔融态物料的密封。但在反应挤出过程中,反应生成物常常会是腐蚀性、渗透性极强的液态物质,采用常规的筒体之间的密封结构时腐蚀介质会从筒体端面及对分式“C”型衬套接缝处发生渗漏,因而无法完成对液态物料的密封,往往会由于密封失效造成挤出机频繁更换备件,增加设备运行维护成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述双(或单)螺杆塑料挤出机筒体之间的法兰端面密封结构的不足,提供一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构,在保证筒体间对腐蚀介质密封效果的同时,大大降低了设备的加工及运行维护成本。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构,筒体本体内镶有衬套,衬套与筒体本体之间采用过渡配合,螺栓、螺母连接使两节筒体本体端面紧密接触。衬套为整体式结构,衬套上有槽口,一节衬套端面有椭圆形的封闭矩形槽,另一节衬套与筒体本体端面平齐,密封圈安装在衬套端面封闭的槽口内;筒体本体与衬套之间通过定位销固定。
本实用新型与传统的挤出机筒体间的密封结构相比具有显著的特点:衬套为整体是结构,衬套采用耐磨或耐腐蚀材料,将密封环的矩形槽安装在筒体一侧衬套的端面上,采用特殊材质(硅橡胶、填充四氟、哈氏合金)的密封圈,确保了密封效果,有效地防止了筒体本体被腐蚀。有效避免了采用对分式“C”型结构时腐蚀介质从衬套接缝处发生渗漏的缺点。其次,螺栓、螺母连接使两节筒体本体端面紧密接触,筒体本体可选用常规的低碳钢或中碳钢,大大降低了设备的制造及运行维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,但本实用新型不限于具体实施例。
如图3所示,一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构,筒体本体1内镶有衬套2,衬套2与筒体本体1之间采用过渡配合,螺栓4、螺母3连接使两节筒体本体1端面紧密接触。衬套2为整体式结构,衬套2上有槽口,一节衬套端面有椭圆形的封闭矩形槽(见图4),另一节衬套2与筒体本体1端面平齐,密封圈5安装在衬套端面封闭的槽口内。筒体本体1与衬套2之间通过定位销6固定。
挤出机在反应过程中产生大量的HCl气体,HCl气体遇水生成盐酸。衬套2设计为整体式结构,材质选用能够耐盐酸腐蚀且具有一定耐磨性的材料—哈氏合金C-276,并采用了钢模铸造的方式,有效避免了采用对分式“C”型结构时腐蚀介质从衬套接缝处发生渗漏的缺点。筒体本体1采用20钢,具有较好的可焊性,确保了筒体水道焊接的可靠性。衬套2上有槽口,一节衬套上开有近似椭圆的封闭矩形槽,另一节筒体本体1与衬套2端面平齐。矩形槽内镶有带有一定压缩量的填充四氟密封圈5,用螺栓4、螺母3相互连接的挤出机筒体,确保两节筒体端面紧密接触,防止腐蚀介质对筒体本体1产生腐蚀,既保证了筒体连接的刚性,又起到了很好的密封效果,
由于哈氏合金C-276与20钢具有极为接近的线膨胀系数,因此在作业过程中具有基本相同的轴向膨胀量,确保了衬套2使用的可靠性。筒体本体1与衬套2之间采用过渡配合H7/p6,保证了相互间的换热效果。
筒体本体1与衬套2之间通过定位销6固定,防止衬套2相对于筒体本体1的轴向窜动。

1.一种挤出机筒体间的密封结构,筒体本体(1)内镶有衬套(2),衬套(2)与筒体本体(1)之间采用过渡配合,螺栓(4)、螺母(3)连接使两节筒体本体(1)端面紧密接触,其特征是衬套(2)为整体式结构,衬套(2)上有槽口,一节衬套端面有椭圆形的封闭矩形槽,另一节衬套(2)与筒体本体(1)端面平齐,密封圈(5)安装在衬套端面封闭的槽口内;筒体本体(1)与衬套(2)之间通过定位销(6)固定。
