Abstract

一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及若干平面端子,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部前侧突伸出的对接舌板,绝缘本体设有自对接舌板前部向后延伸且贯穿基部的供平面端子安装的若干端子槽,平面端子设有安装于对接舌板的对接部,并于对接部设有使其朝对接舌板倾斜预定角度的预折线,端子槽内设有导引部,导引部设置为自前向后逐渐向端子槽内倾斜的斜面。如此设计可防止平面端子插入端子槽时变形。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种平面端子不变形地穿插入绝缘本体中的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾专利公告第M348393号揭示了一种连接器,其包括绝缘基座和若干平面端子。绝缘基座于前侧壁凸设有两个隔板,且隔板顶面凹陷有贯穿至绝缘基座后侧的若干穿置槽,各穿置槽的底面为水平面,并于若干穿置槽内穿设有若干平面端子。其平面端子设有卡固于绝缘基座穿置槽的固定部,且固定部一侧延设有齐平隔板顶面以供预设插头电性接触的对接部,并于对接部邻近固定部一侧设有使对接部朝下倾斜一预定角度以避免翘起的预折线,而固定部远离对接部的另一侧延伸有电性连接预设电路板的焊接部。平面端子由绝缘基座后侧沿一预插线插入穿置槽,该预插线与固定部处于同一水平面,平面端子的对接部自折弯处向前位于预插线之下,在组装平面端子的过程中,对接部受穿置槽抵持其折弯处易变形,影响端子的共面度及与对接连接器对接后的电性接触。
所以,有必要设计一种电连接器,以克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防止平面端子穿插于绝缘本体后折弯处变形的电连接器。
为达成上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及若干平面端子,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部前侧突伸出的对接舌板,绝缘本体设有自对接舌板前部向后延伸且贯穿基部的供平面端子安装的若干端子槽,平面端子设有安装于对接舌板的对接部,并于对接部设有使其朝对接舌板倾斜预定角度的预折线,端子槽内设有导引部,导引部设置为自前向后逐渐向端子槽底面倾斜的斜面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器的端子槽底部设有导引平面端子插入的导引部,导引部设置为自前向后逐渐向端子槽内倾斜的斜面,其后端为平面端子让位,从而可防止平面端子自绝缘本体后端穿设于端子槽中时受端子槽的作用而变形。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图6,本实用新型电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1的若干平面端子2及用于扣持电路板(未图示)的板扣固件3。绝缘本体1包括基部11及自基部11前侧突伸出的两块对接舌板12,绝缘本体1设有供平面端子2穿插安装的若干端子槽13,端子槽13自对接舌板12前部向后延伸贯穿基部11。端子槽13包括位于对接舌板12的收容槽131及自收容槽131后端延伸且贯穿基部11的穿置槽132。收容槽131内设有导引部133,导引部133设置为自前向后逐渐向端子槽13底面倾斜的斜面,本实施方式中,导引部133为位于收容槽131两侧的导引凸条,当然,导引部133还可设置为其它结构。穿置槽132左右两侧设有凸肋1321,凸肋1321与导引部133前部平齐。
平面端子2设有安装于对接舌板12的对接部21,并于对接部21设有使其朝对接舌板12倾斜预定角度的预折线211。平面端子2自对接部21延伸有卡固于穿置槽132的固定部22,自固定部22进一步延伸有垂直于固定部22的承接部23,承接部23一端折弯延伸有焊接部24。
请特别参阅图5及图6,平面端子2自绝缘本体1的后侧向前穿插入端子槽13中,即,平面端子2的对接部21前部首先进入基部11的穿置槽132,接着进入对接舌板12的收容槽131,导引部133导引平面端子2的对接部21插入,另外,在收容槽131靠近穿置槽132的部位,导引部133的高度较低,此处形成一让位缺口,给平面端子2让位,从而可导引平面端子2插入端子槽13,也保证平面端子2折弯处不被破坏。平面端子2组装于绝缘本体1后,其对接部21与对接舌板12表面大致平齐,其固定部22卡固于穿置槽132内。
综上所述,以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围,即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及实用新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及若干平面端子,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部前侧突伸出的对接舌板,所述绝缘本体设有自对接舌板前部向后延伸且贯穿基部的供平面端子安装的若干端子槽,所述平面端子设有安装于对接舌板的对接部,并于对接部设有使其朝对接舌板倾斜预定角度的预折线,其特征在于:所述端子槽内设有导引部,所述导引部设置为自前向后逐渐向端子槽底面倾斜的斜面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子槽包括位于对接舌板的收容槽及自收容槽后端延伸贯穿基部的穿置槽,所述导引部位于收容槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导引部为位于收容槽两侧的导引凸条。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述穿置槽左右两侧设有凸肋,所述凸肋与导引部前部平齐。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述平面端子自对接部延伸有卡固于穿置槽的固定部,自固定部进一步延伸有承接部,承接部一端折弯延伸有焊接部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述平面端子的对接部与对接舌板表面平齐。
