实施例：如图1所示，鞍形管件1为聚乙烯管，其管口的形状可以为椭圆形、圆形或矩形，在制作鞍形管件1时，将鞍形管件1的管壁加工为由中段至焊接管口端逐渐变厚的形式，使鞍形管件1与主管件连接处的焊接管口端形成加厚焊接壁2，同时根据所连接主管件的管径将鞍形管件1的焊接管口处加工成相贯曲线3。
在将本实用新型与主管件连接时，先在主管件的预连接处开设一个与鞍形管件1管径大小相同的通孔，然后将本实用新型对位后焊接即可。
