鞍形管件的管壁由中段至焊接管口端逐渐变厚。

现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在鞍形管件的焊接管口端设置加厚焊接壁,这样就可增大鞍形管件与主管路的连接面积,增大焊接点的受力强度,提高使用寿命。在鞍形管件的焊接管口处设相贯曲线,这样可以方便本实用新型与主管件的连接,进一步提高焊接速度和强度;鞍形管件的管壁由中段至焊接管口端逐渐变厚,这样可以使本实用新型整体受力均匀,不会存在应力集中点。同时本实用新型还具有结构简单、制作安装容易等优点,有很好的使用价值和推广价值。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1所示,鞍形管件1为聚乙烯管,其管口的形状可以为椭圆形、圆形或矩形,在制作鞍形管件1时,将鞍形管件1的管壁加工为由中段至焊接管口端逐渐变厚的形式,使鞍形管件1与主管件连接处的焊接管口端形成加厚焊接壁2,同时根据所连接主管件的管径将鞍形管件1的焊接管口处加工成相贯曲线3。
在将本实用新型与主管件连接时,先在主管件的预连接处开设一个与鞍形管件1管径大小相同的通孔,然后将本实用新型对位后焊接即可。
