背景技术
目前,公知的扩散吸收式制冷机芯的提升管由三根铁管组成,外管是一根完整的铁管,内管由两根直径不同的铁管焊接而成。这样制成的提升管因内管大管与小管的连接是焊接而成的,所以内管表面不光滑、焊接处凹凸不平,在使用时影响提升管提升效率,并且内管焊接处附着有焊渣,提升管长期使用后容易堵塞,减少制冷机芯的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了提高提升管提升效率,延长制冷机芯使用寿命,本实用新型在制作提升管内管(2)时采用锥度缩管一体成型技术。提升管内管(2)由一根铁管经过锥度缩管一体成型后,提升管的内管下端(5)尺寸不变,内管上端(4)缩成小管,内管上端(4)与内管下端(5)连接处形成一个无焊缝的锥度连接区(3)。锥度连接区(3)表面光滑,提高提升管提升效率,避免提升管堵塞,有效延长制冷机芯使用寿命。
