目前在变压器生产过程中，大型夹件要经过切割下料和焊接，因为在焊接时变型较大，一般采用水火矫正，但水火矫正收缩量较大，对夹件上的已加工孔距产生很大的位移，使产品在组装时，因各部件积累误差原因，部件安装困难。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种大型夹件矫正器，解决了背景技术中在使用水火矫正时对夹件上已加工孔距产生位移的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种大型夹件矫正器，包括底座和固定安装在底座上的前立壁、后立壁，后立壁一侧设螺旋千斤顶；
前立壁一侧设垫块。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型利用矫枉过正的原理，变形量少，安全可靠，节省工时和成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：一种大型夹件矫正器，包括底座1，底座1上设前立壁5、后立壁2，后立壁2一侧设螺旋千斤顶3，前立壁5一侧设垫块6，工件4置于垫块6上。
将工件4变形明显位置放在前立壁5中间的位置，旋动螺旋千斤顶3，在后立壁2的作用下，顶至工件4变形位置，使工件变形向相反方向推进，然后靠工件的弹性再回到工件变形前的位置。

1.一种大型夹件矫正器，包括底座(1)和固定安装在底座(1)上的前立壁(5)、后立壁(2)，其特征是后立壁(2)一侧设螺旋千斤顶(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型夹件矫正器，其特征是前立壁(5)一侧设垫块(6)。
