本实用新型涉及一种太阳能硅片生产装置,特别是砂浆搅拌装置。
背景技术
在太阳能硅片生产过程中,首先要将砂浆搅拌均匀,砂浆搅拌一般是在搅拌罐中进行,但现在使用的搅拌罐由于搅拌桨桨叶分布单一,均为水平布置,搅动时砂浆基本上是在同一水平面流动,缺少上下对流,两片桨叶之间及罐底成为搅拌死角,而碳化硅由于自身重量容易沉积,从而导致搅拌罐中砂浆的密度分布不均匀,使得同一罐砂浆参与切割的质量都不同,影响了产品质量的稳定性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种砂浆搅拌装置,不但能使搅拌罐中的砂浆在同一平面流动,还能使砂浆在不同层面流动,能有效地防止砂浆沉积到罐底,消除搅拌死角,把砂浆搅拌均匀。
一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上至少有两个桨叶,至少一个桨叶倾斜地安装在搅拌轴上。
所述桨叶有两个,其中一个水平安装在搅拌轴上,另一个倾斜地安装在搅拌轴上。
所述倾斜地安装在搅拌轴上的桨叶,与搅拌轴轴线成55°-80°夹角。
所述倾斜地安装在搅拌轴上的桨叶,与搅拌轴轴线成67°夹角。
使用本实用新型,不但能使砂浆在同一水平层面流动,还促使砂浆在不同水平层面间流动,能有效地防止碳化硅的沉积,避免砂浆沉积到罐底,消除搅拌死角,把搅拌罐内的砂浆搅拌均匀。

具体实施方式
砂浆搅拌装置,根据搅拌罐的大小,搅拌轴1上至少安装有两个桨叶,至少一个倾斜的安装在搅拌轴上。图1所示搅拌轴上有两个桨叶2、3,其中桨叶3水平地安装在搅拌轴1上,另一个桨叶2倾斜的安装在搅拌轴1上。倾斜安装在搅拌轴上的桨叶2,与搅拌轴1成55°-80°夹角。优选地,夹角为67°。
搅拌时,倾斜安装的桨叶2能使砂浆在不同水平层面流动,搅动的垂直空间大,能有效地避免搅拌死角,防止碳化硅沉积。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种砂浆搅拌装置,包括搅拌轴,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(1)上至少有两个桨叶(2、3),至少一个桨叶(2)倾斜地安装在搅拌轴(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述桨叶有两个,其中一个桨叶(3)水平安装在搅拌轴上,另一个桨叶(2)倾斜地安装在搅拌轴(1)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述倾斜地安装在搅拌轴(1)上的桨叶(2),与搅拌轴(1)轴线成55°-80°夹角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的砂浆搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述倾斜地安装在搅拌轴(1)上的桨叶(2),与搅拌轴(1)轴线成67°夹角。
