本实用新型涉及一种切削液的除屑装置。
背景技术
在机械加工中需要用油作为润滑剂进行润滑和降温，如车床、铣床、刨床等的机械加工中。由于油在使用过程中经常混入机械加工中的铁屑和其他铁杂质，因此油经过使用后，都要进行除屑后，才能重复使用。否则会对生产加工产生影响。现在人们常用的除屑方法是采用过滤的办法，就是把使用后的油放入一个大的容器中，然后慢慢倾倒容器，使油从容器上方溢出，由于铁屑等杂质质量较大，沉入容器底部，最后留在容器内，从而达到对油除屑的目的。上述方法的缺点是除屑效率低，且对细小的铁屑往往难以除尽，因此除屑效果不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有的对机械加工中的用油除屑效率低，除屑效果不好的问题，提供一种切削油除屑装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：切削油除屑装置，其特征是它包括箱体和固定在箱体上与箱体内部相连通的排油管，排油管上设有开关阀，排油管外套装固定有磁铁。
采用上述技术方案，当对机械加工中润滑和冷却的油进行除屑时，把油倒入箱体内，打开开关阀，油从排油管内向外流出，油中的铁屑也随油流出排出管，由于排油管上设有磁铁，因此排油管将有磁性，对铁屑进行吸附，这样油从排油管中继续排出，而铁屑将会吸附在排油管上。
综上所述，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型通过磁铁对油进行吸附过滤，因此大大提高了油的除屑效率；同时由于磁铁的吸附作用，使用得大小铁屑都会被吸附，因此除屑效果好。
