技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工矿电力机车用蓄电池电源箱。
背景技术
100吨、150吨、224吨工矿电力机车的车顶上安装有正受电器、旁受电器。机车运行时,正受电器、旁受电器需要升弓受流时,是由蓄电池供给升弓泵电源,使受电器升弓受流。现有蓄电池电源箱包括箱体、在箱体内设有若干个放置蓄电池的分隔区;其箱体是固定安装在机车的走廊地板下,需要多人才能推进机车内,费工又费时、维修也不方便;且其蓄电池电源箱箱体的材料都是由钢板焊接而成,造成箱体笨重、且金属材料易被化学物品所腐蚀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术的不足,提供一种重量轻、移动和维修方便的工矿电力机车用蓄电池电源箱。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括箱体、在箱体内通过隔板隔离成放置30-50个蓄电池的分隔区,其特征在于,所述箱体是玻璃钢箱体,在箱体的两端各安装两个轮子,在箱体的两侧装有2个起吊支架,在其中一侧的支架上装有封口塞。
在箱体底部开有两个废液出孔。
本实用新型的箱体为玻璃钢,使得箱体重量减轻,且不易被化学物品所腐蚀;在箱体的两端各安装两个轮子使电源箱能被轻松地推进机车内,起吊支架可方便起吊玻璃钢电源箱。

参照附图:本实施例的箱体是玻璃钢箱体、在玻璃钢箱体内通过隔板2隔离成放置40个蓄电池1的分隔区,在箱体的两端各安装两个轮子3,轮子3和起连接的作用的弯板5通过轴4和连接螺栓与玻璃钢箱体连接,箱体的两侧各装有两个支架6,在其中一侧的支架上装有封口塞7。在箱体底部开有两个废液出孔8。

1.一种工矿电力机车用蓄电池电源箱,包括箱体、在箱体内通过隔板隔离成放置3050个蓄电池的分隔区,其特征在于,所述箱体是玻璃钢箱体,在箱体的两端各安装两个轮子,在箱体的两侧装有2个起吊支架,在其中一侧的支架上装有封口塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工矿电力机车用蓄电池电源箱,其特征在于,在箱体底部开有两个废液出孔。
