目前,在建筑工程上被广泛应用的高档节能木制门窗包括:实木门窗、铝包木门窗、木铝复合门窗三大品种。而木铝复合门窗因其外侧为隔热铝合金型材,内侧为木装饰型材,因此更能适应南方多雨、高温、潮湿的气候条件。现在国内市场加工制作木铝复合门窗的结构不合理,在抗风压、气密性和隔音、隔热等性能方面也不是很理想,依然存在有相当部分的能源损耗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种具有较高隔热、隔音性能的木铝复合内开窗结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种木铝复合内开窗结构,包括边框、中框、扇、玻璃、室外玻璃胶条、室内玻璃胶条、中间胶条,其中,边框、中框、扇的型材均由外侧铝合金型材、内侧木制型材与两个中间隔热桥复合而成,在两个中间隔热桥之间形成封闭腔,与内侧木制型材、外侧铝合金型材,形成紧凑的矩形三腔结构;在外侧铝合金型材上设有第三道密封胶条,中间胶条头部与扇上隔热桥直接搭接,与止口胶条及第三道密封胶条形成两个密封腔;所述隔热桥与玻璃位于同一基准线上。
所述边框与扇的外表面齐平。
所述中间胶条为多腔体结构。
所述玻璃两侧设有用于防止扇与边框发生刚性碰撞的玻璃垫块。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种木铝复合内开窗结构,包括边框1、中框4、扇2、玻璃3、室外玻璃胶条9、室内玻璃胶条10、中间胶条7,其中边框1、中框4、扇2的型材均由外侧铝合金型材13、内侧木制型材14与两个中间隔热桥6复合而成,在两个中间隔热桥之间形成封闭腔,与内侧木制型材14、外侧铝合金型材13,形成紧凑的矩形三腔结构I、II、III。
在外侧铝合金型材13上设有第三道密封胶条8,中间胶条7头部与扇2上隔热桥6直接搭接,与止口胶条11及第三道密封胶条8形成两个密封腔IV、V,共同保证可靠的密封保温性能。
所述隔热桥6与玻璃3位于同一基准线上,本实用新型的型材断面层等位线设计使该窗结构具有更好的隔热性能。
所述边框1与扇2的外表面齐平。
所述中间胶条7为多腔体结构。
所述玻璃3两侧设有用于防止扇2与边框1发生刚性碰撞的玻璃垫块12。
优选的是,所述玻璃3为中空玻璃。
