本实用新型涉及建筑门窗技术领域。 
背景技术
目前市场上的铝合金隔热外平开窗的设计都是局限于两道密封,整窗的气密性、水密性、隔音、保温性能不好。由于外开窗的性能不佳,也就造成了用户在选用门窗时大多选用内开窗,但是内开窗开启后是占用室内很大空间的,在装潢时给用户带来苦恼。现在市场上就是缺少性能可以与隔热内开窗相媲美的隔热外开窗。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种隔热式外平开窗,框扇搭接后中间形成两个空腔,并且平衡室内外的气压,提高整窗的节能效果,其气密、水密性能好,隔音、保温、隔热性能好,且结构简单、使用方便。可以广泛应用于隔热外平开窗。 
本实用新型的主要技术方案是:一种隔热式外平开窗,包括固定式窗框和平开扇,固定式窗框和平开扇的框扇搭接处设有外密封胶条和内密封胶条,其特征在于外密封胶条和内密封胶条之间还设有等压隔热密封胶条,等压隔热密封胶条将搭接处隔成2个等压密封腔。 
所述的等压密封胶条装在等压卡槽上较好,等压卡槽设在平开扇上,固定式窗框上设有等压搭接桥,等压隔热密封胶条的搭接部与等压搭接桥相连接。 
所述的等压卡槽设有2个突出的槽口边较好,等压隔热密封胶条卡装于其上。 
所述的固定式窗框和/或平开扇由内外2型材构成较好,内外2型材间通过隔热条连接。 
本实用新型的积极效果是:克服了现有技术之不足,其结构简单、操作方便,框扇搭接后中间形成两个空腔,可平衡室内外的气压,提高整窗的节能效果,其气密、水密性能好,隔音、保温、隔热性能好,且结构简单、使用方便。可广泛应用于隔热式外平开窗。

图中,各标号含义如下:1-等压隔热密封胶条,2-等压卡槽,3-等压搭接桥,4-外密封胶条,5-隔热条,6-内密封胶条,7-固定式窗框,8-平开扇。 
具体实施方式
    如图1所示,该隔音隔热外平开窗,包括固定式窗框和平开扇,固定式窗框和平开扇的框扇搭接处设有外密封胶条4和内密封胶条6,其特征在于外密封胶条4和内密封胶条6之间还设有等压隔热密封胶条1,等压隔热密封胶条1将搭接处隔成2个等压密封腔A、B。等压密封胶条1装在等压卡槽2上,等压卡槽2设在平开扇上,固定式窗框上设有等压搭接桥3,等压隔热密封胶条1的搭接部与等压搭接桥3相连接所述的等压卡槽2可设有2个突出的槽口边,等压隔热密封胶条1卡装于其上。固定式窗框和/或平开扇由内外2型材构成,内外2型材间通过隔热条5连接。 
框扇搭接后依靠等压隔热密封胶条1使室内外两侧形成两个空腔A与B,再加上框扇间的密封胶条4,这样就形成了三道密封效果;当室内气压(B处)大于室外(A处)气压时,等压隔热密封胶条1会自动向室外(A处)张开,使室内外气压趋于平衡;相反,当室外气压(A处)大于室内(B处)气压时,等压胶条1会自动向室内(A处)压紧。这样就会大大增加整窗的气密性、水密性,隔音、隔热保温性能,从而实现外开窗更加节能环保的目的。 
经试用,效果均很好。 
外开扇上的等压隔热密封胶条设计是目前市场上所没有的,在本设计原理下,隔热密封的各种形状及结构,都属于本设计范围。 

Claims (4)

1.一种隔热式外平开窗,包括固定式窗框和平开扇,固定式窗框和平开扇的框扇搭接处设有外密封胶条(4)和内密封胶条(6),其特征在于外密封胶条(4)和内密封胶条(6)之间还设有等压隔热密封胶条(1),等压隔热密封胶条(1)将搭接处隔成2个等压密封腔(A、B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热式外平开窗,其特征在于所述的等压隔热密封胶条(1)装在等压卡槽(2)上,等压卡槽(2)设在平开扇上,固定式窗框上设有等压搭接桥(3),等压隔热密封胶条(1)的搭接部与等压搭接桥(3)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热式外平开窗,其特征在于所述的等压卡槽(2)设有2个突出的槽口边,等压隔热密封胶条(1)卡装于其上。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的隔热式外平开窗,其特征在于所述的固定式窗框和/或平开扇由内外2型材构成,内外2型材间通过隔热条(5)连接。
