背景技术
目前国内外生产的大口径空心钢锭有两种工艺:1、铸钢空心锭;2、冲孔空心钢锭;这种技术只能生产小口径,长度较短的空心锭,满足不了生产的需要。引锭板起到引锭和承重两大功能,由于引锭板在抽锭过程承受高温,其膨胀会导致卡模事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于电渣连续抽锭空心钢锭的水冷引锭板,从而解决由于引锭板在抽锭过程承受高温,其膨胀会导致卡模事故。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:水冷引锭板位于芯部结晶器与外部结晶器之间;所述水冷引锭板的截面呈现上边窄、下边宽的正梯形状。水冷引锭板的上边宽长度是下边宽长度的93%~95%。在所述水冷引锭板的内部通有水冷进水管和水冷出水管。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下优点:
水冷引锭板的特殊结构:引锭板起到引锭和承重两大功能,由于引锭板在抽锭过程承受高温,其膨胀会导致卡模事故,因此引锭板必须水冷和特殊设计。

如图1所示:水冷引锭板1位于芯部结晶器2与外部结晶器3之间;所述水冷引锭板1的截面呈现上边窄、下边宽的正梯形状。水冷引锭板的上边宽4长度是水冷引锭板的下边宽5长度的93%~95%。在所述水冷引锭板1的内部通有水冷进水管6和水冷出水管7。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电渣连续抽锭空心钢锭的水冷引锭板,其特征在于:水冷引锭板的上边宽(4)长度是水冷引锭板的下边宽(5)长度的93%~95%。
