数控转塔冲床上模的导套。涉及对数控转塔冲床上模导套结构的改进。本体呈筒形,上端设台肩,下端筒口处设有用于连接压料板的内台阶圆,所述本体外圆柱面设有H形油槽。本实用新型首先将润滑油槽改为H形,满足了轴向、轴向润滑的需求,且使加工这样的油槽显得更为方便,大大节约了工时。另外,在下筒口处设置了卡簧槽,当然,压料板结构也随之需要进行微小的改变,增加一个台阶圆和一圆周凹槽;利用卡簧连接形式,同样能很方便地实现压料板的拆、装,同时加工这样的导套与原来多弹性片的结构相比,显得更为容易,使用时,可靠性更高,减少了零部件的数量。

背景技术
现有技术的导套,为改善外圆柱面与转塔工位之间的润滑状况,在外圆柱面上设置了螺纹形的油槽,但加工这种形式的油槽难度较大,而且加工的工时多。此外,现有技术中的导套,为了连接其下缘口的压料板,采用了在圆周上设置多个对称的弹性片来防止压料板掉落,尽管它能方便压料板的拆、装,但使得整个上模组件的零部件数量增加,而且连接的可靠性较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题,提供了一种能使得本体的加工简便、后续的安装简便,且可靠性高的数控转塔冲床上模的导套。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本体呈筒形,上端设台肩,下端筒口处设有用于连接压料板的内台阶圆,所述本体外圆柱面设有H形油槽。
所述内台阶圆上设有一圈用于容置环形卡簧的卡簧槽。
