本实用新型涉及一种双芯双向侧开口钉,适用于治疗胸腰椎前路/后路脊柱畸形、肿瘤、骨折和退变形等疾病。双芯双向侧开口钉由双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)、侧开口压块(2)和星形压帽(3)组成,其特征在于:双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)带有双芯、双线螺纹,头部有一内六方孔,其下方为一螺纹孔,头部两侧为开口凹槽,螺纹头部为圆弧状;侧开口压块(2)带有偏心通孔,下侧有U型凹槽;星形压帽(3)低切迹,上侧为星形六方台、螺纹通孔。首先确定钉体植入的深度和方位,钻孔,持取钉体,嵌入椎体中,将脊柱棒放入钉体凹槽中,放入压块,预弯脊柱棒;用同样的方法植入其他螺钉,依次拧入星形压帽(3),压紧到最终锁紧位置,实现系统的固定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种脊柱内固定双芯双向侧开口钉,适用于治疗胸腰椎前路/后路脊柱畸形、肿瘤、骨折和退变性等疾病。
背景技术
骨科治疗胸腰椎创伤、肿瘤和脊柱不稳等短节段脊柱疾病。进行后路手术时,多采用钉棒系统实施内固定:AO SYTHNES的USS脊柱通用系统;ALPS ApinalFixation System脊柱复位内固定系统;Universal spine internal fixationsystem脊柱内固定系统等。结构多采用顶丝直接压棒的结构,这些器械简单实用、螺钉角度调节范围大、螺纹设计新颖、自攻形螺钉头、切迹低、良好锁棒机构,但也存在通过螺塞和连接套之间螺纹配合实现压棒,易于造成连接套头部膨胀外展,螺塞松动、导致系统不稳定等弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型正是在保留现有技术优点的前提下,克服其弊端,具有构造合理、操作便捷、超低切迹、灵活、靠螺钉自身结构快速提供骨抓持力的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
双芯双向侧开口钉,由双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)、侧开口压块(2)和星形压帽(3)组成,其特征在于:双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)带有双芯、双线螺纹,头部有一内六方孔,其下方为一螺纹孔,头部两侧为开口凹槽、凹槽中有一通孔,螺纹头部为圆弧状;侧开口压块(2)带有偏心通孔,下侧有U型凹槽;星形压帽(3)低切迹,上侧为星形六方台、螺纹通孔。
双芯双向侧开口钉体(1):双芯、双线螺纹、螺纹头部为圆弧状的设计,使得手术中更安全、快速的拧入螺钉,牢固的嵌入椎体中,既可以在邻节段剖切旋入时,减小损伤皮质层的风险,又可以有效的防止螺钉松动时的退出,在进钉过程中不断增强把持力。头部两侧凹槽与侧开口压块(2)下侧凹槽紧密配合,将脊柱棒牢固的卡在双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)和侧开口压块(2)中,实现稳定固定,双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)可根据其直径、长度设计出多种规格,供手术时选用。
星形压帽(3):低切迹,可减少对软组织的干扰;上侧为星形六方台,头部螺纹段与双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)头部螺纹连接,压紧侧开口压块,将脊柱棒固定实现更稳定的功能。
通过术前CT或X光等诊断脊椎病症,实施胸腰椎前后路手术:切除或清理损伤的椎间盘和椎体节段,根据患者主诉和诊断结果确定所固定节段、所用内植入物包括双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)的尺寸和数量。首先确定双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)植入的深度和方位,在椎体上实施钻孔,用六方持钉扳手持取双芯双向侧开口钉体(1),将脊柱棒放入双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)凹槽中,放入侧开口压块(2),并预弯脊柱棒;用同样的方法植入其他几枚螺钉,待螺钉全部预紧后,依次拧入星形压帽(3),压紧到最终锁紧位置,实现系统的稳定固定。
双芯双向侧开口钉在治疗胸腰椎前路/后路脊柱畸形、肿瘤、骨折和退变形等疾病时,操作便捷实用、损伤小,适宜于骨科临床推广应用。

双芯双向侧开口钉,是由双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)、侧开口压块(2)和星形压帽(3)组成,其特征在于:双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)带有双芯、双线螺纹,头部有一内六方孔,其下方为一螺纹孔,头部两侧为开口凹槽,凹槽中有一通孔,螺纹头部为圆弧状;侧开口压块(2)带有偏心通孔,下侧有U型凹槽;星形压帽(3)低切迹,上侧为星形六方台、螺纹通孔。首先确定双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)植入的深度和方位,在椎体上钻孔,用六方持钉扳手持取双芯双向侧开口钉体(1),使其牢固的嵌入椎体中,防止其旋转和松动;将脊柱棒放入双芯双向侧开口钉体(1)凹槽中,放入侧开口压块(2),调整侧开口压块(2)的角度,并预弯脊柱棒;用同样的方法植入其他几枚螺钉,待螺钉全部预紧后,依次拧入星形压帽(3),压紧到最终锁紧位置,实现系统的稳定固定。
