Abstract
本发明是用于脊柱外科后路固定的双接口螺钉,可以为脊柱外科不同固定连接类型需求提供两个连接棒接口。由钉体和紧固螺帽组成,钉体尾端设有两个连接棒接口;两个连接棒接口通过中间的接口螺纹柱分开,同时连接棒接口的两侧分别为一个接口螺纹柱;紧固螺帽通过匹配螺纹和连接棒接口两侧的接口螺纹柱连接。本发明为脊柱外科提供了一种可以同时在一个节段的螺钉上实现同时连接两种不同连接棒的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明是用于脊柱外科后路固定的双接口螺钉,可以为脊柱外科不同固定类型需求提供两个连接棒接口。
背景技术
脊柱外科后路椎弓根螺钉固定,肋横突螺钉固定,侧块螺钉固定等手术方式各不相同,但都需要螺钉固定,目前用于脊柱外科的螺钉也各有各的特点,但是后方都是一个连接棒接口的,适合目前单纯的坚强固定手术,也适合目前单纯的基于椎弓根螺钉技术的动态固定系统,如Dynesys(Zimmer,US)和Isobar系统。
然而,在临床应用实践中,尤其是多节段脊柱退变患者,有时并非所有节段都适合动态固定,或者所有的患者都适合坚强固定。对于一些多节段脊柱退行性患者而言,部分节段更加适合采用坚强固定行融合术,即稳定固定,而部分节段更加适合动态固定术。而目前的单接口螺钉无法实现同时连接坚强固定棒和动态固定棒的功能。
另外,一些患者以为需要某些特殊的固定棒,如脊柱侧凸患者,有时候需要同时连接生长棒和普通坚强固定棒,目前的单接口螺钉也无法满足这种需求。
发明内容
为了使一个椎体节段上的螺钉可以同时满足连接不同固定棒的需求。我们设计了这种双接口螺钉。
本发明是采用以下技术方案来实现的:
1、本发明由钉体和紧固螺帽组成,钉体尾端设有两个连接棒接口,
2、两个连接棒接口通过中间的接口螺纹柱分开,同时连接棒接口的两侧分别为一个接口螺纹柱。
3、紧固螺帽通过匹配螺纹和连接棒接口两侧的接口螺纹柱连接。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如果一位患者螺钉上方脊柱节段需要行动态固定,螺钉下方脊柱节段需要行坚强固定。患者麻醉,后方入路,显露脊柱后方骨性结构,按需求将本发明的钉体(1)置入椎弓根或者椎弓根外对的肋横突或侧块。钉体位置满意后,取动态固定连接棒置入到后方两个连接棒接口的其中一个连接棒接口(4),取坚强固定连接棒置入到两个连接棒接口的另外一个连接棒接口(4),位置和角度满意后,拧入紧固螺帽(5),达到固定要求。
实施例2
如果一位患者螺钉上方脊柱节段需要行生长棒固定,螺钉下方脊柱节段需要行坚强固定。患者麻醉,后方入路,显露脊柱后方骨性结构,按需求将本发明的钉体(1)置入椎弓根或者椎弓根外对的肋横突或侧块。钉体位置满意后,取生长棒置入到后方两个连接棒接口的其中一个连接棒接口(4),取坚强固定连接棒置入到两个连接棒接口的另外一个连接棒接口(4),位置和角度满意后,拧入紧固螺帽(5),达到固定要求。
以上虽然描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本技术领域人员应当理解这些仅是举例说明,本发明不仅局限于连接坚强固定连接棒、生长棒和动态内固定连接棒,也适合于其他用于脊柱外科的连接固定棒。
本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.本发明是一种双接口螺钉,由钉体和紧固螺帽组成,其特征在于:钉体尾端设有两个连接棒接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双接口螺钉,其特征在于:两个连接棒接口通过中间的接口螺纹柱分开,同时连接棒接口的两侧分别为一个接口螺纹柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双接口螺钉,其特征在于:紧固螺帽通过匹配螺纹和连接棒接口两侧的接口螺纹柱连接。
