Description
(1) 骨アンカーアセンブリであって、
近位ヘッドと、骨に係合するように構成された遠位シャフトとを有する骨アンカーであって、前記遠位シャフトが、遠位ねじ山付きセクションと、近位ねじ山付きセクションとを含み、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが、第1のピッチと、第1のねじ山の条数とを有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、前記第1のピッチ未満の第2のピッチと、前記第1のねじ山の条数を上回る第2のねじ山の条数とを有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクション及び前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、一定のリードを有する、骨アンカーと、
前記骨アンカーに連結されるように脊柱固定要素を受容するための受容部材であって、
間に陥凹を画定する一対の離間されたアームを有する近位端と、
前記骨アンカーの少なくとも一部分が通って延在する開口を画定する遠位端表面を有する遠位端と、を有する、受容部材と、
前記受容部材内で脊柱固定要素を捕捉し、前記受容部材に対して前記脊柱固定要素を固定するように、前記アーム間で位置付け可能であり、かつそれらに係合する閉鎖機構と、を備える、骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(2) 前記第1のねじ山の条数が2であり、前記第2のねじ山の条数が4である、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(3) 第1のピッチが6mmであり、前記第2のピッチが1.4mmであり、前記一定のリードが6mmである、実施態様2に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(4) 前記骨アンカーが、前記近位ヘッドから前記遠位シャフトを通って延在する中央通路を含む、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(5) 前記シャフトが、前記中央通路と連通する、複数の側壁開口を含む、実施態様4に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(6) 前記側壁開口が、前記中央通路から前記遠位シャフトの側壁を通って半径方向に延在する、実施態様5に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(7) 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが山径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが山径を有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径と等しい、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(8) 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、実施態様7に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(9) 前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、実施態様8に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(10) 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径より大きい、実施態様9に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(12) 前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、実施態様11に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(13) 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径と等しい、実施態様9に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(14) 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが山径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが山径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径より大きい、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
(15) 前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、14mm〜26mmの軸長を有する、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
Claims (8)
- 骨アンカーアセンブリであって、
近位ヘッドと、骨に係合するように構成された遠位シャフトとを有する骨アンカーであって、前記遠位シャフトが、遠位ねじ山付きセクションと、近位ねじ山付きセクションとを含み、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが、第1のピッチと、第1のねじ山の条数とを有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、前記第1のピッチ未満の第2のピッチと、前記第1のねじ山の条数を上回る第2のねじ山の条数とを有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクション及び前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、一定のリードを有し、前記第1のねじ山の条数が2であり、前記第2のねじ山の条数が4である、骨アンカーと、
前記骨アンカーに連結されるように脊柱固定要素を受容するための受容部材であって、
間に陥凹を画定する一対の離間されたアームを有する近位端と、
前記骨アンカーの少なくとも一部分が通って延在する開口を画定する遠位端表面を有する遠位端と、を有する、受容部材と、
前記受容部材内で脊柱固定要素を捕捉し、前記受容部材に対して前記脊柱固定要素を固定するように、前記アーム間で位置付け可能であり、かつそれらに係合する閉鎖機構と、を備え、

前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが谷径を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径より大きく、
前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定であり、
前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記谷径が、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、骨アンカーアセンブリ。 - 前記第1のピッチが3mmであり、前記第2のピッチが1.5mmであり、前記一定のリードが6mmである、請求項1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記骨アンカーが、前記近位ヘッドから前記遠位シャフトを通って延在する中央通路を含む、請求項1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記シャフトが、前記中央通路と連通する、複数の側壁開口を含む、請求項3に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記側壁開口が、前記中央通路から前記遠位シャフトの側壁を通って半径方向に延在する、請求項4に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記遠位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、請求項1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが軸長を有し、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの前記山径が、前記近位ねじ山付きセクションの軸長にわたり一定である、請求項6に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
- 前記近位ねじ山付きセクションが、14mm〜26mmの軸長を有する、請求項1に記載の骨アンカーアセンブリ。
