背景技术
锄头是一种常用的农业用具，用于锄草、弄松土地等。通常采用人工锻打或机床滚锻方法制作出来，一般要采用厚铁块进行三次加工，筋骨是实心的，所以一般比较厚，笨重，用起来不方便，且制作成本高。专利文献(200520019474.7)文献中锄面凹处补焊一块楔形材料，容易使锄面受损，既不美观又生产程序多。再者，传统的锄拌口两端均匀，锄柄安装不牢固，锄拌锄柄容易脱离。
发明内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是：锄头锄面厚度均匀；锄头制作简单，能够标准化批量生产；锄头锄拌不脱离，使用牢固。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：锄头锄面由一块压制成跟要求的锄头锄面厚度相同的材料制成，锄筋骨是在锄面上冲压而成，锄筋骨头部焊接上由一块扇环形钢板弯卷并焊封的底面为“D”型的锄拌。最后经过整形、淬火、剖光等一系列程序后而成。
有益效果为：1、锄面均匀，由原材料压制裁剪而成；2、制作工艺简单，锄筋骨冲压而成，锄拌也是机床弯卷而成，机械化制作，能够标准化批量生产；3、锄拌的两端口大小不一，锄头锄柄不脱离，使用牢固。

具体实施方式
选用与锄头锄面1厚度要求一致的薄形材料裁剪成图2形状，再冲压筋骨锄面图3。锄拌用扇环形钢板图4，弯卷并焊封成图5后与锄面焊接。最后经过整形、淬火、剖光等一系列程序后而成为图1。
