背景技术
目前,国内已知的电缆桥架材质都为钢、铝、玻璃钢,其缺点为成本高、造型安装不方便、防腐处理较难、电磁干扰大、可塑性差、使用时间长后容易变色腐蚀等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、材质轻便、运输安装方便、外观色彩丰富美观、可塑性强、防静电、防电磁干扰、并具有阻燃和防腐蚀效果的新型电缆桥架。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型利用了人造板(高密度纤维板或高密度刨花板)的边角余料为主要材料,并对此进行特殊处理,从而消化了家具行业的废弃物,减少了环境污染。首先在人造板的选用上,应当选用密度≥0.85g/cm3的边角板材(在多次实际试验中能承受额定均布载荷800N/M且不直度小于10mm);其次采用了在纤维板和刨花板上喷涂阻燃剂作为第一层阻燃材料;然后将具有各种花纹装饰的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸通过热压成型作为防腐蚀层、装饰层和二次阻燃层;处理后通过木工机戒按需要随意加工裁切托盘、盖板、弯架等;最后用铁钉、加固件、封边机等将各部件加工组装成成品。
此种新型电缆桥架的突出效果在于:成本较低,比传统桥架节约30%成本;可塑性较强,可随意塑造如梯式、槽式、组合式等不同形状和需要的产品,并可根据需要打散热孔等;因其轻便特性(重量比传统材质减少50%),对安装运输等都非常方便;外观色彩丰富,可根据实际情况搭配各种花纹和颜色;并具有阻燃防腐蚀性能,使用中不需做防腐以减少维护费用;因其自身不属于金属(属于木制纤维),减少了金属使用,故减小了电磁干扰和自身静电。

参见附图:“1”为芯层,即经过特殊要求生产出的人造板(高密度纤维板和高密度刨花板)作为主板芯层;“2”和“4”是阻燃层,就是在“1”的上下表面通过喷涂特殊阻燃剂来达到阻燃效果的阻燃层;“3”和“5”是防腐装饰层,就是在“2”和“4”的表面将带有各种花纹和色彩的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸通过热压机热压固化成型作为防腐装饰层。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电缆桥架,其特征是:对人造板的防腐装饰处理是将带有各种花纹和色彩的三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸通过热压方式压贴在人造板上下表面。
