本实用新型涉及的是起重、牵引用钢丝绳扣子。
背景技术
钢丝绳扣子是电力设施施工、检修中起重、牵引、吊挂工作中常使用的工具，也是最为普遍的起重、牵引工具，从组塔、架线、紧线，到线路的日常检修维护作业中，无一不频繁的使用钢丝绳扣子。
钢丝绳扣子是由钢丝绳的一端或两端结有环扣构成。长期以来现有技术钢丝绳扣子是将钢丝绳端部的绳股对分后，将两股绳股再编成环形钢丝绳圈，然后将余下的每个绳股尾部一个一个的插入分股前的钢丝绳绳股中进行编结，利用钢丝绳绳股间的挤压摩擦力紧固固定各个绳股尾部制成。为了达到足够的挤压摩擦力，绳股尾部在钢丝绳中的插接编结长度必须达到一定的长度，即插接编结段要求较长。其缺点不足一是将每个绳股尾部一个一个的编插在分股前的钢丝绳绳股中不仅要求有序，而且十分费时费力；二是这种编插连接固定形成的钢丝绳扣子，编插段上的钢丝绳端头露在钢丝绳外表面上，使钢丝绳上满身是乱刺，携带和使用时很不安全方便，很容易刺伤、划伤手；三是由于插接编结段较长，钢丝绳扣子相对不能做的较短，在工作使用中往往要求钢丝绳扣子长度在满足工作要求下，尽可能短些，重量尽可能轻些，以便于携带和使用。
实用新型内容目的是针对上述现有技术的不足进行改进，提供一种制作简单方便、使用安全方便的夹环紧固式钢丝绳扣子。
本实用新型钢丝绳扣子在钢丝绳的一端或两端结成有环扣，其特征是将六股形钢丝绳1的端头部三三分拆成两组，再按环扣的大小编结成钢丝绳原形状的钢丝绳环扣2，将余下的每个绳股尾部插入钢丝绳1上的夹环3中，模压夹环3夹紧。
本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，不仅能满足使用拉力的要求，而且外形整洁，钢丝头不外露，使用安全，不伤手，可以制作出总长较短的钢丝绳扣子，更加方便携带和使用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型将六股形钢丝绳1的端头部三三分拆成两组a、b，再按环扣的大小编结成钢丝绳1原形状的钢丝绳环扣2，将余下的每个绳股尾部11、12、13、14、15、16插入钢丝绳1上的钢管夹环3中，整形调整，使每个钢丝绳股尾部11、12、13、14、15、16均匀分布在钢丝绳1各股股缝中，用液压机模压钢管夹环3进行夹紧固定。压接夹紧后应检查钢管夹环3是否有裂纹。

1.钢丝绳扣子，在钢丝绳的一端或两端结成有环扣(2)构成，其特征是，将六股形钢丝绳(1)的端头部三三分拆成两组(a、b)，再按环扣的大小编结成钢丝绳(1)原形状的钢丝绳环扣(2)，将余下的每个绳股尾部(11、12、13、14、15、16)插入钢丝绳(1)上的钢管夹环(3)中，使每个绳股尾部(11、12、13、14、15、16)均匀分布在钢丝绳(1)各股股缝中，模压钢管夹环(3)夹紧固定。
