本实用新型涉及一种导轨副,尤其涉及一种用于电脑绣花机框架上的驱动导轨副。
背景技术
在电脑绣花机框架上应用的导轨副由导轨、与导轨相适配的滑块组合而成,一般由上导轨与下导轨或左导轨与右导轨组成,导轨副不仅需承受框架重力,而且由于传递动力的皮带直接固定在滑块上,带动与滑块相连接的框架进行X向或Y向运动,由于框架的平整度、皮带的抖动都会使框架在运行过程中产生一定的扭曲力,而且工作时设备的振动也会使框架产生向上的力,从而要求导轨副具有一定的抗扭性能,而普通直线导轨副抗扭性能差,而且不能承受向上的作用力,因而应用于这种工作环境,容易产生异常磨损,使用寿命降低,从而影响框架的正常运行。

1、抗扭性能好。由于本实用新型采用3根呈L型排列的圆柱体导轨与滑块的组合,导轨周边与滑块内孔均匀接触,不仅使承载能力增强,而且提高了抗扭性能。
2、使用寿命长。由于本实用新型采用圆柱体导轨与聚四氟乙烯衬套的组合,有效减小了磨擦系数,因而避免了异常磨损,延长了使用寿命。
