本实用新型涉及一种纺机机构，尤其是一种提花机用提刀机构。
背景技术
当前的提花机的工作原理是：驱动机构带动提刀上下运动，在提刀上挂有钢针，钢针连着滑轮绳，滑轮绳通过综丝和下面的纺机相接；提刀滑块起导向作用，当提刀上下运动时，提刀滑块保证提刀的上下运动不会偏移。由于提刀滑块和钢针隔板是滑动摩擦，又由于提刀滑块一般都是塑料材质，因而在运动过程中，提刀滑块容易磨损，从而导致提刀上下运动偏移。

本实用新型针对上述问题，目的在于提供一种提花机用提刀机构，能够有效的解决提刀滑块容易磨损的缺陷。
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种提花机用提刀机构，包括钢针隔板、钢针架，钢针隔板通过钢针架固定，钢针隔板的数量至少在两块以上，每两块钢针隔板之间设置有一个提刀滑块，所述的钢针隔板与提刀滑块之间属于滑动连接，所述的提刀滑块上固定有提刀，钢针隔板、钢针架上设置有一个加油孔，加油孔的位置在钢针隔板与提刀滑块滑动的轨迹上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型通过在钢针架和钢针隔板上设置加油孔，能把润滑油用螺杆通过加油孔加到钢针隔板和提刀滑块上，从而大大减少提刀滑块的磨损。

1.一种提花机用提刀机构，包括钢针隔板(1)、钢针架(5)，其特征在于：钢针隔板(1)通过钢针架(5)固定，钢针隔板(1)的数量至少在两块以上，每两块钢针隔板(1)之间设置有一个提刀滑块(3)，所述的钢针隔板(1)与提刀滑块(3)之间属于滑动连接，所述的提刀滑块(3)上固定有提刀(4)，钢针隔板(1)、钢针架(5)上设置有一个加油孔(2)，加油孔(2)的位置在钢针隔板(1)与提刀滑块(3)滑动的轨迹上。
